These people are scam artists. They try and convince you that you have to replace your iPhone lcd when then is not always or even most the time the case! If you only need to replace the glass on the front and not the lcd (if the pixels are fine and there is no discoloration) do NOT go to these people I guarantee they take your old perfectly fine lcd and sell them or use them to fix other phones. I respect these are scam artists do some research yourself and you will see

This review is short, sweet and simple just like my experience was with the cell docs.I called and asked about a screen repair for an iPhone 7. Chris said no problem & asked what color is the phone. He quoted me a price, told me he’s mobile and to text him my address. I did, he came out the next day to replace the screen. Within 15 minutes he was done and my daughter was happy she was going to have a working phone on her birthday!Couldn’t of asked for a more professional and nice experience. The quality of the screen is also better than most. Being mobile was a big plus during this pandemic and are very happy with the repair. ;)

I had Chris come out to replace my phone battery and replace the charging port on my iphone 6s. He came out the day after I called and replaced the battery, while working on the phone he told me the port didnt need to be replaced and just cleaned out, which he did free of charge. It was nice to see someone so honest, he could have easily gotten away with just changing it anyways but he just fixed it instead and only charged for the battery. Really nice guy and did a great job, will definitely recommend him to people in the future.

I was in need of a fast screen repair on my 5s, and this shop was so fast to help me out. In and out in less than 15 minutes, and I felt the price was very reasonable. Plus with a warranty and a friendly smile, I was super impressed and happy.

I had two cell phones replaced by the Mobile Cell Doctors last Monday. Unfortunately, one of my cell phones screen broke after falling from my night stand. When my wife originally took our phones to be repaired Chris informed my wife that the screens had warranty. I attempted to contact Chris several times and have not heard back from him. I texted and called but its already been 3 days and still no response. Why offer warranty if they are not going to uphold it? I would have preferred for Chris to be honest and say the screens do not have warranty. A response would have been appreciated. I will just have to go somewhere else to get my phone repaired.Edit from original review:After posting my original review Chris contacted me and he was able to repair my wifes phone the same day. He stated that broken glass wasnt covered under warranty but offered me a discount. I appreciate that he contacted me quickly after posting the review and apologized for the delay in response.

The screen on my iPhone 7 became unresponsive, effectively locking me out of my phone. I called Mobile Cell Doctors on a Sunday morning and they met me downtown to fix my phone within an hour. Ive had my screen replaced elsewhere before and the resolution and colours were a little bit off. These guys use high quality replacement LCDs and its easy to see. Wow! I landed at the airport and needed to run errands around town. Called Chris for a battery replacement and he agreed to meet me at a nearby McDonalds within 45 minutes. Even though it took 20 minutes longer for me to get there, he was waiting patiently for me, ready to work on the phone.
