My iPhone charging port was so dusty to the point where it would not charge. I took it in here and they cleaned it up within a few minutes. Quick, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend.

I took my Samsung S7 phone to 3 other places before going to A to Z. All said it couldnt be repaired, it wasnt the battery & I may need to spend $700-$1000 to recover my data. Francisco @ A to Z explained their process every step of the way. It turns out, a contact wire that the battery is connected to broke; he installed a new battery & everything is working just fine & all my data is intact. I highly recommend; its obvious Francisco cares about his work & showed a lot of integrity!!

This is the first time that Ive had to have my cell phone repaired. A to Z had the best prices compared to other repair stores. Id like to specifically call out Justin. I highly recommend this place. After I went to a different place that didn’t put an original apple screen my phone cracked instantly. I went here and they did a good job and my phone dropped again and it didn’t even crack. So this place is the best please don’t go anywhere else. I dont believe how good Julia at A to Z Wireless was my phone didnt work I was told had to get a new one I hadnt paid off my old one insurance doesnt cover squat I was miserable. So I went to the T-Mobile in Mission Valley because they are open till 9 expecting to have to pay $300 to get a new phone and lose all my pictures of my dead dog my dead mother and all my music. Kelsey from T-Mobile recommended that go across the way to A to Z thats where the Manager Julia she took care of me as if I was a King of Saudi Arabia. She went out of her way to find the part Im missing took it apart found the part from another old phone put it back together in less than 15 minutes and charge me $15 dont waste your time going anywhere else Mission Valley A to Z Wireless tell your friends

This was my second visit to A to Z Wireless, and I was pleasantly and immediately met by a friendly, helpful, experienced staff again. Im not hard to please, but the service here deserves recognition. While I was there several people came thru getting great service!I called ahead for a screen protector for an older phone, they had it in stock and installed on the spot and perfectly.I didnt notice the back glass was cracked until I arrived and took off the case. Again, they were able to replace it in 20 minutes for a very reasonable rate. My phone looks brand new, and I only spent $60.00.

Went to them two months back for a screen replacement on my iPad; they quoted me a bargain price and said it would be an overnight job. Got a call a few hours later saying they had broken my home button and it would be a week for a replacement part. Part comes in, they replace my screen, good to go... and then the glue holding my screen comes unstuck that day. Goes back in, they say they’ll use “the good glue” this time, and it stays... but the screen’s colors are much duller then the official screen was, and my new Home button has no touch ID.Against my better judgment, I checked in to see if they could replace my partner’s phone battery (it’s a crisis and they’re close by); they tell me they can’t unless I’m okay shelling out an extra $200 on top of the cost of the repair for a replacement screen in case they break that. What kind of business says “can you pay to replace it if we break it?”Stay far away.

I want to say that A to Z Wireless is the BEST cellphone repair shop in the county! They were very efficient and very swift with the repair as well. I also purchased a better case for my phone than I had prior. 2nd to None! Hands Down👍👍

I have used A to Z several times for phone repairs. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Justin C helped me this time with an issue (straightforward repair/battery replacement) that Apple said was not repairable. They do good work quickly and at very reasonable prices.

We had purchased 5 new phones from a major carrier and got completely ripped off on cheap screen protectors that simply fell off within days. Justin at the Mission Valley A to Z store took amazing care of all our phones (curved screens and all) at prices about half of what the carrier was charging. The job spanned multiple days (did I mention that curved screens are a pain to cover with screen protectors?) and Justin was a extremely professional, pleasant, and courteous throughout. He took great care with our shiny new phones and was a joy to work with during the crazy holiday season!

There are better prices on the internet, but then you have to pay for shipping.Whenever you buy a protective screen, they put it on for you. Their customer service is top notch. The staff always greets you when you walk in and gives you friendly advice without over selling. Ive also seen them repair phones and they seem to do a good job.

This place is not a good place if you wanna get your phone fixed. I got my iPhone7plus fixed and the next day I dropped it inside my house only 4ft from the ground and it instantly cracked. I then took it to another place near Downtown and they fixed it and couple months go by and I accidentally dropped it again, but from 10ft off the ground on cement and it didn’t crack at all. So this place is not a good place the price is not reasonable for cheap screens. I’m dissatisfied in this place!!!!

A to Z Wireless is amazing! I love them. They are great for cases but best at placing clear stickers or protective glass on phones. Super highly recommend!! They also help with cellular product and solution questions even if they dont have a part, sell you a part, or the like. Big hearted staff. Major kudos and please never go out of business. When family visits me from out of town I take them there if they need cellphone stuff, or recommend them to all my friends. In the AMC Mission valley Westfield mall now to Outback Steakhouse.

They helped me recover my data from a galaxy s6 phone with a broken screen by hooking it up to a screen they had and intiating the built in data transfer. It took a little under two hours and I have all of my memories, themes, and organization back. However, during the process the back s6 was damaged and if I ever wanted to replace the screen and use this phone again I will have to deal with it. Everything but the screen was like new before they took it apart but now the back is wrecked.

Amazing help! Phone was stuck in safe mode due to volume button being stuck. ATT store, best buy and repair shops were left me with the option of a new phone or new screen and frame($230). Gentlemen helped me immediately while dealing with other customers, fixed the button in 2 minutes(stuck on waterproofing grommet). Charged me 5 dollars! Will always come back with any issues.

We came in to get a phone case right before they were closing and Justin was kind enough to take time to help with my new phone. He stayed past closing time to transfer my contacts and pictures while assisting other customers. We really appreciate all his help!

This place is so fast and the prices are the best I’ve seen. I shattered my iphone6s and thought it would be 100-200 to fix. They had 2 options a $75 and $95. I did the $75 but later in the week I decided that the $75 color wasn’t as sharp as my previous phone. They redid my phone and put the $95 screen on it. It was also only ten bucks for a glass screen protector. Would highly recommend this place to a friend.

This is a first time Ive used the yelps system to find someone I can trust my lovely cellphone 7plus..It seems to be a pretty common problem that all the old iphones have, at least this is what a google says, its dying battery! It was really irritating, my iphone didnt even last for more than three hours, and Im not even talking about playing any videogames or watching a high res movies!So, did a little bit of searching Ive decided to rely on the company based on their reviews (remember, everything is relative) and I made the inquires to a bunch of companies to get a quote for this repair. At the end my choice fell on this company... Well, I have to admit they did a pretty good job, even showed me the new battery for my iphone before installing it. After replacement I noticed on the case a scarcely visible scratches, I cant exactly if they were there already or no, so.. I wont judge nobody..But lets summing up my little experience with this guys. They are really prompt with the response time, their quote was accurate with no surprises but I had to wait more than hour for the work to be completed, and these microscrathes, BUT - overall I left satisfied with their services and I will definitely use them if anything happens with one of my cellphones.

Have been a long time customer at this location and have always had amazing service and today was no different Came in today to get a new Charging port and was greeted by Robert who besides being helpful and extremely friendly he took it upon himself to check if I actually needed a new part wich he found I didn’t I just needed a cleaning wich he did for me. He saved me money and gave me amazing service I will definitely continue to recommend this location.

Didnt fix my phones Bluetooth connectivity, and to hurry and get me out of his hair, he told me some story about how it was a bunch of Androids affected because of Androids recent update and that i would just have to wait until the next android update. said he read all about it on Android forums. i came home and googled it in a variety of ways, and not one single iota about it. and the most recent hit that WAS somewhat similar to his lie was from 2016. i even Googled it with my phones make and model. NOTHING. and my carrier told me an Android update wouldnt have caused this Bluetooth issue. not sure how reliable their intel is though. half a star. actually, -5 stars.

Ari is a fantastic manager, very helpful and is more than willing to listen to the consumer. I appreciate the time that was taken to handle my situation. Got my screen repaired here about 2 months ago. It worked fine for these two months and then suddenly much of the screen became unresponsive so most of my keyboard didnt work... I was in Europe when the screen became unresponsive so not only did i have trouble accessing my email and bank accounts but regular texting became impossible. Had to wait to get back to the States to get it repaired by apple. my advice is pay the extra money and have apple repair it right the first time for a little more instead of paying less to these guys

Brought my phone in to have the charge port repaired. They said I had to replace the cellular and data antenna in addition to the charge port as they were on a single part. They cracked the screen in the process of the repair and charged me for a new screen, although they claimed to have given me a good price on the new screen. The new charge port worked fine however now it randomly drops calls and can barely connect to a Data Network. Took it back in four separate times and one time an employee admitted they used parts from her broken personal phone to make my repair. They also pointed out after the repair that the key feature of the phone, the waterproof aspect, was forever destroyed. Spoke to the owner / manager and he admitted to using the employees personal parts during the repair but still refused to refund my money. Sleazy outfit. U PDATE challenged the charge with my credit card company. They lied and sent pictures of someone elses phone showing water damage to the credit card company to avoid refunding my money. These guys take sleaze to a whole new level

Everytime I go in they take care of me and see that I am happy when I leave. Would recommend this store to anyone with the need for phone repairs, screen protectors, and cases. Love this store!
