Called this guys to ask about tire change on a trailer. They told me that they are doing the mechanical jobs, after I asked for any suggestions of tire shops, they hang up. Poor quality customer service.

The AC decided to quit on me while hauling produce to San Diego. I’m not much for heat, so I gave these guys a call. They’re a little tricky to find but if you follow the various orange arrows on the fences and signs, it’ll lead you back to the shop. It’s located in a maze of small companies and yards. There is a place to park a big rig with a trailer, but you’ll have to back all the way out. Nowhere to turn around as far as I could see. I dropped my trailer on the street named “Radar”. They’ll check out your rig free of charge, then let you know what it’ll cost to repair, leaving the decision to the driver. Hope this helps.

Quick service, no many day waits. Fair prices and quality service. I came in for a belt replacement and decided to do all of my preventive work here. Knowing you can get small things done quickly and same day in my case saved me thousands of what I would lose in waiting at a dealer or most other shops.Thanks a bunch!!!

I fixed my transmission here i end up broke down again 1000 miles from san diego had to tow my truck to a shop in arkansas paid 625 for towing plus 750 for repair i talked to paco he ignored my calls and messages so be aware from them they dont fix your truck the right way had my friend fix his ac with them they messed it up as well now it doesnt shut anymore they canceled the thermostat be aware you will have to take your truck to another shop after you fix here i promise you

Highly recommended!!**update 8/13/18** took my trailer in for some electrical issues. Paco’s got it diagnosed quickly and offered me two solutions, one which would have cost $1000+. Family business. Great, honest people. Professional mechanics (I mean real mechanics, not like those retards from TA or PETRO). The owner has 35 years of experience.Fair prices. Have done my transmission, clutch and new transmission fluid lines. Will recommend to everyone and definitely go back if need any repairs when I’m in the area. Paco was very HONEST in telling me all I needed was fluid for my clutch instead of a whole new replacement which was quoted at another place.Paco was still better at pricing but overall he was completely HONEST.HONEST AND FAIR.Cant ask for nothing better.Thanks PacoHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Wow- lost clutch on big truck- my husband had been driving on luck for best part of a month but they got truck in immediately after they opened following day- worked it all the way through- FIRST TIME THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED... I HAVE BEEN IN the BUSINESS OVER 17 YEARS... I would recommend Paco and his employees and his family to anyone in the area who needs big rig service, fast, affordable, and HONEST... you do not find that much anymore. We just relocated to Bakersfield, CA and will be taking this truck and our entire fleet upon expansion- to Paco... and his team for everything....and recommend his shop to all our friends...

Had a seal go out on wheel on 53ft trailer. Called them let them know Ill be there in 2 hours after making delivery. They made sure that as soon as I get there machenic was already waiting for me. Did the job really fast for good price. The owner even drove me to closest gas station so I get buy couple things I needed.

Highly recommend this shop, well known in the diesel industry for having an experienced and honest owner.

My air compressor started to pump oil on the ground at 9pm Monday evening on my way to otay mesa.. I Google truck repair near me and Paco truck repair pops up.. I read the blog on the Web site and said what the heck its gotta be better than waiting 3 days at freightliner.. I called them at 730am and to my surprise.. paco answer the phone.. told him what was going on and he said bring over ... I pulled in without my trailer and he popped the hood said yup compressor is shot ... and he said I had options.. as an Owner operator .. options are always welcome.. he said 250 he had a good used compressor for about 700 I can get a rebuilt compressor or 1200 new... I said how much total for used installed out the door he said 400.... and 3 hrs later I was on the road heading towards Murrieta... I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my experience with Paco .. I also had a chance to talk to his son who recently graduated from UTI.. thats great in a pinch I was able to get going and under budget .... FYI the compressor I just replaced as a reman in Atlanta GA 8 months ago for a heck of a lot more.. . Thanks again for your help and if I come to San Diego again I will have them do more work

My truck had the red light on, turn off on me while driving, I managed to make it to my delivery I Google a Truck diesel mechanic they were the first ones to come up i called & paco answered and his son paco jr went to where I was in with in under 1 hour he arrived, found & fix the problem :-))
