PMI manages the complex where I own a condo. Anytime I have needed to reach out to Shannon she has been easy get in touch with and/or responds quickly to email or voicemails. Shannon is quick to solve problems or address an array of issues from scheduling vendors for regular maintenance on the property or calling for emergency service. She is very professional during HOA meetings and can diffuse tensions when needed calmly and in a diplomatic manner.

Shannon Bley manages my HOA from PMI and she is extremely unprofessional. She had managed to authorize a tow of my vehicle from the property with the necessary decal on it. She is quick to blame you for the issues on your building and demands you fix them right away since it is somehow your fault things are broken or leaking without properly investigating the source.

PMI San Diego manages four different Associations I own condos in. They are efficient and great at what they do. During this past rainy season I had a leak in one of my units. They were extremely fast with rectifying the issue. They had a plumber to my property within the hour. Shannon is a pleasure to work with and easy to get a hold of. The company provides an emergency number that someone answers 24/7, most of the time it’s Shannon who answers. This is extremely convenient. If your looking for a management company, PMI is definitely your company.

I am a renter at the HarborVista Condominium and recently on 01/16/2021 my car got towed by Western Towing because per grounds of removal description permit should be on the dashboard or hanging on the mirror the pass was visible faced up and readable, mind you my car was previously towed in December 2020 because of a lack of communication with the security guards and office staff and apparently base on the status of the case is still pending yeah right PMI .The pass clearly is visible per the HOA rules but no where in the rules it applies it needs to be in the dash board or hanging in the mirror, that is beyond excessive . The security guard went as far to show me a picture of the pass inside the car visible enough to confirm the security of my car not to get towed . The security guard also went ahead and showed me the text confirmation Shanon from the HOA office confirming the tow. Nothing is stated in the HOA rules or notices where the pass should specifically be placed. In the HOA Rules and regulations in page 8 section 4 states Autos parked in a non -reserved (open) stall without a Harbor Vista parking STICKER or temporary pass will be towed . and in page 8 section 7 states any vehicle with an invalid STICKER will be towed immediately without any notice. Once again the company promised stickers and not passes . This could of been avoidable if they would off provided a sticker instead on a pass like the welcome packet states. I had to pay $400 to get my car out from the the garage and I believe PMI should be accountable for their error of not supplying what they promised. I also left multiple vm and called multiple times nor Shanon or anyone in the management office and nobody returned my call or left me a voicemail . Also mind you the Tow Truck drivers are allowed to park inside the complex and purposely walk around with a security guard at night with a flash light to look for cars that do not have passes . The security guards need the okay from Shanon through text to tow, Im sure the security guards are being paid off. Just be ware of the lack of communication this company provides. Its sad that they also pray on low-income communities.

Since PMI San Diego started managing my Association, I have really been pleased. They always promptly address all of my concerns. Due to COVID, Ive noticed I have to wait to get a call back but they always contact me back shortly. My Association is looking great and Im very happy with their services.

Covid has nothing to do with the horrible service received from this company. And does not stop one to reply via email, phone or text. Covid sure does not stop them getting paid from our HOA fees! I have attempted to contact them multiple times. Their communication is zero and the entire complex they manage is falling apart. Our HOA fees are paying for their poor service. The security is the only one who is responsive but get stopped from proceeding to help due to this property management company and Shannon - a property manager and the owner of this company never responding. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. The company has only 3 people- Shannon and her sister that never respond. And one person in accounting. Dont use this company.

Awful! They are managing our HOA. You can never reach anyone by phone or email. Shannon is very unprofessional and never responds. Look at some of their yelp reviews and Facebook reviews. Now, they deleted their FB page due to negative reviews. Good reviews on this page are fake. Shannon, instead of deleting the FB page, why dont you provide services you get paid for?!

Pmi San Diego has been a life saver! Shannon and Stephanie have definitely made my life easier with renting out my property and managing my tenants. Ive worked with other property management companies and I can never speak with someone when I need to. Pmi San Diego always answers their phone and I can even text the owner! They resolve issues fast and the communication is great.

I was unsure about hiring a property management company. I always planned on renting one of my houses out by myself...which I did for a little over a year until I started having issues with my tenants, thats when I found PMI San Diego. They make sure I get paid on time and that my property is being taken care of. Its nice having one less thing to worry about.
