The geek squad are lazy unprofessional, and cause me 2 days of stress that wasnt necessarily. I will never ever go to them again, and will always have a bad report to everyone I speak to. The manager did call and only offered a small sorry.

I can honestly say I have had no issues with this Best Buy specifically, and if there were any issues I would have with my devices I have the confidence to send it to them and know that itll be in good hands. So I definitely recommend going to this store and conducting any electronic business that you show interest in.

Unfortunately this time Geek Squad was unable to help at all. I have a printer problem and they do not work on printers.

Had a broken phone and wanted to make an appointment. I called the number and it directed me to a call center in india and they wanted my address JUST TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! It took forever but i got an appointment. Then i wanted to cancel so i called again and i could barely hear the person and this time it took 20 MINUTES TO CANCEL i was even redirected to a manager finally got it canceled. Never using geek squad again

Great place when I cant find what I need at Frys

They are incapable of even replacing laptop fans

Do yourself a favor and just google your issue. Geek squad is incredibly overpriced.
