I am so impressed with Absolut-e. I have a dell Inspiron laptop that’s about 5 years old. I have not taken the best care of the laptop and it had become practically unusable. It would only turn on with the charger plugged in. It would take about 30 minutes to turn on and to open an open and load an app or internet page would be another 20 minute wait at least. If the charger moved at all, the laptop would shut down and I would have to start the process all over again. Some things I just can’t do on my phone and I needed to use my laptop. I was so stressed that I had ruined my laptop and it was unfixable. I tried googling the multitude of problems and having my boyfriend try to fix it and everyone told me I just had to get a new one. Laptops are expensive, and this is probably the most expensive thing I own, so I didn’t want to give up on it. I also didn’t have the money to buy another. I found Steve and he explained everything he would do, gave me a very reasonable quote and really inspired trust. He had my laptop fixed very quickly and did so much work on it. He explained everything he did and why he did it but honestly I didn’t care I was just so ecstatic the laptop turned on without a charger and as soon as he pressed the power button. My laptop has never been so fast! Steve completely fixed and improved the laptop everyone told me was a lost cause. I am so grateful to Steve and everything he’s done. Honestly he is great at what he does and is just a great person in general. I went into his shop prepared to be told it’s dead and don’t waste my time. I am blown away by Steve’s knowledge and craftsmanship. I left his shop with a laptop that works better than when it was brand new. I would 100% recommend him to everyone! Plus he has great prices.

Steve and Alfredo are so wonderful. They were able to fix my husbands computer in a day. I also bought a MAC desktop and am so in love with it! Seriously! Come here for your computer needs!

I paid $95 for restore my computer software and after 3 days getting worst my computer Or cant even tye some keyboard letters,so guess what this is the stupid place I never seen before...😡😡😡😡
