I own a small business and Mobile Computer Wizard has helped me out of several technological jams! They can always fit me in and are super helpful when they arrive. Most recently, Gregg hooked me up with an amazing new camera system. He was efficient and addressed all my questions.

When I call it says the number you have called is not in service. On their website it says Your connection is not private. Attackers might be trying to steal your information from mobilecomputerwizard.com. I hope this business is alright and did not go under with this quarantine. They were great.

Very knowledgeable and honest. I was quoted how much it would cost to fix my laptop and advised it would be more cost effective to buy a new one instead of paying the cost of the repair. I appreciated the feedback and decided to take his advice.

Even though, this last time, my hard drive had crashed, Brett quickly got a new drive in and set up a restore from the cloud. I was back in business the same day. First let me say I was the lucky one who found this company almost three years ago with a former company I worked for. When I moved to a new company I took them along for the ride. Doug is beyond incredible. He has the knowledge to get in and address things. He keeps records of your concerns and information we constantly are not updating that we have to ask him for. He keeps us on track and does not milk us for time he does not need to be servicing our company with. I hate up-charges that makes no sense. The billing is easy and uncomplicated. The pricing I have yet to find anyone who is as economical as they are. No matter what the issue is they have never failed to take care of. Even if they dont need to come out; something simple; they access our computers remotely and address this timely.They are easy to contact and if you have to leave a message they call back. Was able to easily book appointments and they also give out their cell numbers for your after hour concerns.When I went to my new company things were not organized. Not only did Doug fix our issues, he did it timely and very quickly. The very next day at 7:00 AM our company; not Doug undid some of his work. I was in a panic-I left message at the office no one was in yet, and on his personal cell phone. By 7:15 he called and by 7:16 it was fixed.I can not suggest any other company to use for any issues you may encounter. Quality of a huge corporation at small intimate business prices.

My first experience with Mobile Computer Wizard was a few years ago when our server crashed. Kyle was out to our office that very day, he diligently worked going through the methods of recovery but our drive was damage beyond repair, so he suggested we use a data recovery service. We were unsure of the state of our hard drive, and reluctant to sending it out, as all of our company history and 8 years with of data accounts were on that drive (our back up was not running properly and we had no back up data either). This was a critical and stressful for us as we were dead in the water. Kyle was honest; he let us know the possible outcomes of not being able to recover everything if anything. I respected his expertise and trusted him and his advice. Thankfully, we eventually we got back up in running with new drive and all our data recovered! Kyle was patient, knowledgeable and now we wouldn’t trust anyone but Mobile Computer Wizards for all our networking and computer needs. We have been using them since for all hardware upgrades and software recommendations. Kyle even helped set our back up properly now so a disaster like that will never happen again. I cannot thank Kyle enough for all he has helped us with. Kyle goes above and beyond the call of duty; he is incredibly friendly, intelligent, and reliable. Took time to listen to my problems took my concerns seriously, got a quote. They picked up my desktop the same day and had it on the bench that afternoon. Gave me a fair quote on repairing what I THOUGHT was the problem. After conducting their own diagnosis they advised me that what I thought was the problem was in fact not the real issue. They advised me theyd button it up and return it to me no charge if the actual repairs were more than the value of my PC. I ended up asking them to custom bench build a new machine. They did so for about 1/2 what it would have cost from a major global computer company. They delivered my new machine and set it up in record time. I give them my strongest unconditional highest recommendation for ethical business practices, top level professional interpersonal skills and timelyness.

I was the victim of a phishing scam and the experience nearly destroyed my entire PC. I was in a panic and found great reviews on this company so i took a chance and Im amazed at the work done to restore my computer. Was a customer for many years, when Doug and Randy worked there, had the very best in customer service They no longer work there.. New owner,- I am very disappointed, did not help me after several messages left, via phone and email very poor customer service.left this review 5 months ago. UPDATED 8/20 the owner, Greg telephone me after receiving my note via the U S mail, he said he had not received my emails or phone messages from several months ago.and still owns the business but not at same address as on google - wish him success.

He is a rip off have us a computer that is junk. Gave us a 3 to 5 year warranty and now he will not respond to our calls. I think he is out of business. Do not use these guys.
