Here is my experience, I ordered slacks, shirt and a belt about 8-10 plus weeks ago. Came in wrong size, the rep took them back and tried to fix the slacks, came back worse then previously, they were gone, she agreed to make me a new pair. The shirt she could not save, it was that bad. Belt they didnt have. The second slacks came in wrong again, said it was an upgrade, if that is the upgrade we are in trouble.The new shirt came in wrong size again. The pants I kept and I am taking to a local tailor myself to try and save, the shirt she said she was remaking, although i doubt it will be right.I just wrote to her asking for part of my money back on the shirtand belt, heard noting yet.
