I took in a jacket that I had accidentally washed and dried with gum in the pocket. The gum completely ruined the jacked and was everywhere (so I thought). I took in the jacket thinking it was worth a dry! I was shocked when I picked it up today and they had removed 100% of the gum and it look brand new! And it was super inexpensive! I am SOOO happy they were able to get the gum out! THANK YOU!

Ive been going to ogdens for years. . Over that time theyve lost clothes and been late getting them clean for me. Today was the last straw, and Im never going back. . There are better dry cleaners around. .

While they were accommodating with my need for same day cleaning, they were not careful. They ruined the beading and ornament on one of our costumes and another costume was missing pieces from the broach. Don’t bring in fancy clothing to this place unless you want to spend extra money repairing them.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I brought a basket of items in for fluff and fold with 5 items separate for dry cleaning. First off, I go to pick up my items and they say they have to be rewashed because the machine was bad and they wreaked of musty, soiled water - I smelled them and it was terrible so I had to come back the next day. Then I take my dry clean items home only to see that 3 of the items still had stains and looked like they hadn’t even been washed. So I have to return again for trip #3 The next day, my FOURTH TIME going in for one order, I show up and they tel me it’s $75!!! $75 for one load!? The owner (I found out later), an older Asian man, charged me for dry cleaning on every item. The cashier tells me she can’t do anything and I have to come back yet again to speak to the owner. This will be my FIFTH visit in for overpriced and horrible dry cleaning. There are much better and more affordable options all around. DO NOT GO TO OGDEN’S CLEANERS

I used to go to this cleaner for many years and they had great service. I just recently moved back to SD and didn’t think of going anywhere else based on my previous experience. Well, their clothes hanger covers may say “We Love our Customers” but their customer service is far from from it. What a difference in experience from what I used to have with them. On three different occasions I went to pick up my order a day after it was supposed to be ready just to find out that only part of the order was finished. No apologies, no explanation, just rude and careless attitude by the staff. Not sure why they ask when you want your order to be ready if they are not going to have it completed on time. Definitely will be finding a new dry cleaner that really does love their customers. I would not recommend them at all. The staff seems miserable and extremely unhelpful.

I have been going to Ogdens for 4 years. They always get it right. Whether i ask for press only and no crease, dry clean and crease, wash and medium starch, etc..., they always get it right and my clothes are always come out perfect. They also do fine alterations as i always get my pants hemmed there as well. In addition, my order is always ready when promised and they never flinch if i ask for next day service. Great cleaners!

Beware...Agreed on one price for a repair and price doubled at pick up. If my husband didnt pay, he wouldnt get item. Very bad business practice.

Been coming here for over a decade. Alterations always perfect and theyve never lost anything. I had a coupon for another cleaners, so decided to try them, and the lost all but one item and never reimbursed me. That was the last, and only time, I strayed from Ogden. Best cleaners in town.

Great cleaners. Everything is done on premises. Nothing gets lost like at most other cleaners.

Brought in a shirt and jacket for a one day turn around. Came back the next day, picked up the coat but shirt was soaking th of get out some stains. Had to stop by Kohls to buy a new shirt because I needed it that day. Came back a few days later, they looked for my white shirt but couldnt find it. I was told the order wasnt in the computer even though the girl looked in there and wrote a number downow.No resolution. Definitely avoid this place. If this gets resolved I will update my review.

Same day service is a simple concept. Either you do it or you dont. If I need something cleaned at 1pm and you wont have it cleaned until the next day, thats called next day service.

Even more notably, Kevin is a superb Manager who knows exactly what it takes to keep customers coming back happy.Lastly, Ogdens has sewing capabilities on their site, thus enabling quick fixes to torn shirts, sportcoats, etc. - and they ensure that my new suits are perfectly tailored!!!
