This is my default dry cleaning/alterations establishment. the dry cleaning service is top notch, and the alterations they do is second to none! the customer service is excellent: i had them sew a new set of buttons on a waist coat, but one of them popped off the first time i wore it. i took it back in, and they sewed in on there for free, and actually reinforced the other buttons with thicker thread! excellent! ive had them rezipper and repair hopelessly mangled musical instrument bags, and they came out nicer than when i originally bought them! i highly recommend this place! and theyre such nice people, to boot!

Absolutely impressed! I brought in my couch cushions that were riddled with toddler stains on 4/30/2021 and they were ready by 5/4/2021! They look brand new and smell SO much better!The staff is incredibly friendly and was so sweet to my toddler!

Friendly, great prices and supports military 100% trust them with my uniforms and I never have to worry if it will be pressed correctly.

I couldn’t have asked for better service! I took my wedding gown to be cleaned for resale. He did such a thorough job, and even cleaned my garment bag because he said buyers look at that when purchasing. I’ll sum it up like this: knowledgeable, best price (was quoted by 4 other dry cleaners for $100+ more), on time, and efficient.Thanks Sam!!!

I hate to give this negative review. As you can see from my other reviews, they are typically positive. I brought a blue gown in for shortening. Dress was marked to be full length with a pin. Tried it on for the lady in the cleaners with my heels on. Mark I had was correct and she added the pin for slightly longer length in back. She quoted me $28 & took my number down to call me if there was a price change after speaking to her alterations person. I picked up dress as scheduled yesterday. Before packing it for cruise, I tried it on this morning and its about 4 inches TOO SHORT!!! Not only did they ruin this dress, they charged me $38 at pick up which I did not dispute figuring she just missed calling me about the price change. I have no issue paying a little more if thats what the price adjustment is for the needed alteration, but I do when you ruin the dress!!!Response to US cleaners. The dress was to be hemmed floor length. Where it was pinned was not where it was hemmed.

We turned a dress in to get cleaned and was charged $90. Picked the dress up and was happy with the service that was provided on the dress cleaning and customer service.We returned back with the same dress a month later and they wanted to charge us $180 for the same dress. I told the lady in front that we only paid $90 last time and she refused to give us the same price even if it was showing on our acct that price. I took the dress back and dropped it to another cleaner. They charged me $80.

Good Service

They greeted me with open arms. The staff felt like family. Took care of my clothing and dry cleaning was fast and sharp. Didnt find any problems with the final outcome. I always go here cause I know they will take care of it. Mahalo!

I have brought them shirts in and asked for them within a couple hours, on the same day, and they get it done, and done well every time. I really appreciate the hard work, friendliness and quality.
