Standard Apartment Cleaning - Guys were on time and did a great job, my carpets look brand new again. Will definitely use them annually

This team is the BEST! We have 3 sizable office spaces, and they did such a great job. Timely, professional, polite, thorough. Thorough is the key word. We had another company out earlier this summer. They didnt use steam, just a dry chemical, a rotating brush and a vacuum. Needless to say it was a terrible job. Under the Rug went above and beyond-especially considering all our offices are on the 3rd floor. They even vacuumed along all the base boards!

After receiving the run around by 2 of the national guys, l looked for a privately owned company and found Under The Rug floor care. Rolando came out and gave me a honest quote to clean my vinyl wood floor and clean my HVAC vents. He was very reasonable and I didn’t feel like I was getting bologna like the other guys.He and wife Anna showed up on time and got right to work. I had just finished with a rather large addition to my home and the floors and vents were extremely dirty. My floors look brand new and it’s really comforting that my vents are clean and sanitized. Rolando and Anna went the extra mile. The job was professional and detailed. I would HIGHLY recommend Under The Rug for your floor care needs.

Under the Rug Floor Care did an excellent job with cleaning our tile, grout and laminate floors. Ana was professional with coordinating the schedule and Rolando arrived promptly. He was professional, respectful and followed COVID-19 protocol wearing a mask at all times. The tile grout is amazingly clean revealing its natural true color. The laminate floors are squeaky clean with a nice shine. The tiles appeared clean and felt smooth, however since a sealer was applied, there was a noticeable residue which Rolando discussed with me afterwards. He generously gave a sample of a neutralizer cleaner to use for which we are tremendously grateful. Though he was unable to finish caulking our bathroom and needed to return another day to finish the job, I paid for a completed job without hesitation or worry. This speaks highly of Rolandos wonderful and trustworthy personality and professionalism to honor his word. Indeed, our bathroom caulking looks much better now. We also added caulking to our kitchen granite for a nominal charge on the same day and Rolando was happy to do it! The project was for my parents home, and I asked for a senior discount and Rolando and Ana graciously accepted. Every little thing helps! Thank you Under The Rug Floor Care! I highly recommend!

Rolando was very informative and descriptive toward what work would be done to clean our carpet. He professionally Inspects very area and leaves a staggering difference after finishing. I had an amazing experience today with Under the Rug Floor Care. Rolando arrived in the time frame quoted and was excited and eager to clean my upstairs carpet. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of helpful information in regards to what the causes of each stain were and how he would be removing them. He also provided me with knowledge and advice on carpets that I will carry with me throughout my life as well as pass onto others. Additionally to this, not only was the energy and knowledge on point, but the actual service of cleaning the 3 upstairs bedroom carpets was OUTSTANDING. Rolando cleaned major soil build up in all 3 rooms (one huge master and two regular bedrooms) that has been collecting for over 2 years.. He also made clear to me that a couple small urine stains from pets may not be able to be fully removed but he somehow managed to make the urine stains almost completely invisible; you can barely even tell they are there now. He also removed hot pink nail polish that has been in the carpet for about a year and completely removed a dark stain out of the master that was about a foot long and 6 inches wide.In summary, all 3 bedrooms looked disgusting at first glance because of how terrible and obvious the dirt build up was. Now all 3 bedrooms look like the carpet was just put in. Rolando paid extra attention to detail with his precise expertise and he even sprayed something in one of the rooms that had a little bit of an odor. Most other places would have charged more for this but fortunately that was not the case for me.I cannot thank Rolando and the Under the Rug Floor Care business enough for not only providing the best carpet cleaning service but for also being the first available during the busy summer months while also having the BEST price. There is honestly nothing more satisfying than receiving an amazing service at best cost and very shortly after you have requested it. I will forever be taking my business here! Thank you!

We spilled red wax all over our new beige carpet and they came out within the hour. The man who came was able to get the wax up around the edges and only couldnt get the main spot which also included a burn from the candle. He let us know how we could get that part replaced cheaply. Im extremely impressed and will use them again next time we need a regular carpet cleaning.

Before calling Rolando, I had 2 companies come out and try to clean certain areas in my carpet that was heavily soiled but they did not do a great job and because the stains came back after the carpets got dried. So I finally called Under the Rug to come and clean my carpet. I cannot tell you how amazed of the work Rolando did. He explained and educated me of the correct products and equipments to properly use in order to truly clean my carpets. Very professional and took great care of my furniture. Rolando was very personable, reliable and did an amazing job of bringing our area rug back to life. We recently moved and needless to say, our little puppy was confused and had urinated on our rug in more than one spot! He treated the urine first, then cleaned it so well that it was back to 100%. Rolando of Under the Rug is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable and provides great advice for cleaning maintenance. I’ve worked with Rolando twice and both times, he’s delivered excellent service for my difficult to clean Berber carpet, grout and recommended cleaning my dryer vent for my property, which was just purchased over year ago. It turns out that the vent had never been cleaned, and was a huge fire risk. I’d definitely recommend Rolando for any general cleaning, as he’s a jack of all trades but also an expert at his job.

Rolando was very professional and did an amazing job cleaning out all the filth from my carpets. Not only was he the best priced but his work was impeccable! I have an off white colored carpet that had really dark parts of the carpet from high traffic areas mixed in with some spot treatments from doggie accidents. I wasn’t expecting too much because I know this kind of carpet is hard to get stains out. But when he was done it looked like a brand new carpet - I was over the moon! I’ve had MANY different carpet cleanings in my life time. I have a lot of pets. They quoted me a great price(lower than 90% of the top rated companies in San Diego) They showed up on time and had all 4 room pre treated, cleaned and sealed within an hour and a half! They give you little plastic booties to wear after so you don’t get your carpets dirty while they’re drying! Professional and AWESOME! I have white carpets and they are back to brand new! Even with urine in the carpet they treated the urine and or no longer smells or looks yellow! Definitely recommend these guys!!!!
