Great Service and he did a wonderful job on the upholstery! I have consistently used this company and have always been pleased. The worker who did my upholstery went above and beyond to ensure it was done right and well!

They did a phenomenal job! This is our first Chem Dry experience and it wont be our last. With 2 dogs and over a year since our carpet was cleaned, they had their work cut out for them. It turned out much better than steaming ever did, and the dry time being just a couple hours is really great. The team was professional and courteous and I wish I had called them sooner and not put up with the dirt. The home feels great now! Happy customer.

Rafael just cleaned our living room rug and got ALL the stains out, which we thought was impossible since the stains had been there for 3 years! He is a miracle worker! I loved the work that Coastal Chem Dry has done! I had used them once before in 2012 when they were owned by Noah and I was satisfied. I was a little worried about using them this time as they were under new management and I wasnt sure based on some of the reviews I have seen here.Raphael is now the owner and has one employee Josue. I called and set up an appointment or my carpets and area rugs. Josue is the one who came and did an awesome job! Two bedrooms are wall to wall and they came out beautifully! They did two additional wool area rugs for me at the house and took a higher end area rug back to the shop and had it done for me in two days! In addition to being very professional in every way from customer service to being extremely competent and hardworking- Josue is one of the most positive people I have had the pleasure of meeting! There was no up sell or anything like that....I got talking with him and asked if they did tile/grout work. I have a larger bathroom that had light colored grout and needed some refresh. Josue informed me that they did. He called Raphael and gave him the measurements and they gave me an estimate right there.I scheduled it for today and both Raphael and Josue worked this together and I couldnt be any happier with the job they did. Last year I had another company come in to work the tile and it was a disaster -- Raphael and Josue had to work extra hard to get some of the issues resolved from the previous Angies List company.I would recommend Coastal Chem Dry to everyone! I will have them back again and again!

I had such a great experience with this company and will be using them from now on. I hadnt had my carpets cleaned in a few years and was contemplating getting new carpet. They brought new life back into my carpets and told me I could get another 3-5 years out of them, which I didnt expect. They did such a great job that I asked them if by chance they cleaned Mexican pavers because the entire first level flooring in our house is Mexican pavers and embarrassingly they havent been cleaned in over a decade! When I found out they did I thought I would give them a try and I wasnt disappointed - they shined them up so nicely and cleared up spots that I definitely couldnt get out. They are very professional, personable, and care about the outcome of their cleaning as well. It was my first experience with this company and I will be calling on them to come back for all future cleanings on a more regular basis.
