There were some severely dirty/worn areas of the landing area at the bottom of my main stairs. Looks awesome now! 1. My cat gave birth to kittens under my bed and did not want to live with kittens in a special box. 6 kittens 1.5 months went to the toilet under my bed. Now there are no traces of blood or cat urine on the carpet. 2. From my kitchen to the childrens bedroom there was a well-trodden fat path. Now this path cannot be found. Shes not there. I am very pleased with the quality of the service. After cleaning, it became easy to breathe in the house, the musty smell disappeared. I am very sorry that in a year and a half I called this service only once.

LAVTY did a beautiful job on our heavily stained linen sofa. They were quick to respond/schedule, refreshingly honest (even saying that if they could not get out the stains, they would charge us 80 percent less) but they were magicians and the chair looks brand new. The dog peed on my carpet I called around, and this place really stand out. Asked few questions, really appreciated the answers. It was clear, and exactly what I was looking for. Vlad arrived right on time, after giving me 20 minutes notice. Explained everything he was doing, told me about an enzyme spray he could use, that would remove the odor, explained it worked, etc. I have dogs, that just refuse to be completely house broke. Wow, you can believe all the 5 star reviews. They answer the phone, quote a price right then and were able to come the next day. I gave them short notice of cleaning needed due to pet accidents and they squeezed us in right away. I also received several coupons in the mail for other companies with discount deals but many of them didnt answer the phone and if they did, said the advertised discount rates were a base rate and the ultimate price will be higher.Vlad showed up on time and did an awesome job getting the dog urine, hair and dog slobber off our large sectional. White is not an easy task and he went over the couch several times to ensure I was satisfied. Fantastic job! It looks brand new again! Amazing service and prompt replies. They did my carpet 2 weeks ago, 5 areas, the stains have not come back, it looks great!! My carpet is white, 30 years old and I had a wedding last month! I tried this new company because of the good reviews, they were a little bit cheaper than my previous company. The owner Vlad did the job with his wife. They were both discreet, courteous and professional. He texted me once to confirm, a second time 10 min before arriving. It took 48 h for the carpet to totally dry, which is expected when you have a very thick carpet, I placed towels on the pathways and it was fine. I have not noticed any residue and it feels good on bare feet. Job well done!

I am very pleased with the services provided by Lavty Cleaning. They showed up early (texting asking if that was okay) and did a wonderful job cleaning the pet odor out of our expensive sofa. It looks and and smells great. The only comment I would advise on is the drying time. The sofa took nearly 24 hours to dry, so keep that in mind when booking.

He came to my house Super fast, replied to me on Yelp Super fast.Out of like 15 different people that replied to me I chose Vlad because he was really friendly he told me about his positive reviews on Yelp and in different places, then he gave me a call. Super nice guy and professional in the actual job itself. He came, he did a lot of vacuum cleaning first and then he cleaned everything. He explained the products he use to eliminate odors and enzymes were not over the counter. He used a pre-treatment organic spray that was aromatic to the tenth degree. Vlad an amicable guy - hell go into as much or as little detail as you need to tackle your stains and smells. During the visit Vlad opened his van and showed me his machine, that does all the heavy lifting. He explained that the water passing through, would heat to nearly 240 degrees and stay there throughout the cleaning process. This heat blast away the pet dander, oils, dirt and just about any microbe that threatened the cleanliness of your floors. It was impressive, and the result of my floors was even more satisfying.The price was reasonable. Its highly competitive and the quality of service is head and shoulders above the rest. Today I had my second excellent experience with Lavty Cleaning. Scheduling with them was a breeze just two clicks online. Vlad was on time and very friendly. My dogs loved him, so thats a good sign too! He steamed our carpets and the result is so impressive. Between two dogs and five people living here, our carpet started to look and smell... funky, is the word I guess. Lots of stains, which I thought were permanent, came right out. I expected the house to smell wet after the cleaning, but it didnt! There was absolutely no smell. Only sweet breeze smell, no wet dirt smell. They dont use any harsh chemicals or strong fragrances- just clean carpets with no residue. It was mostly dry within three hours and entirely dry within 5-6 hours. He took great care with making sure cords and hoses did not scratch anything. Vlad also recommended sealing the carpet to prevent the dust and pet dander from going through and into the padding, which we did. Result? Clean, soft carpet everywhere, no residue. Cost is even not comparable to large corporate carpet cleaning companies that give you big discounts, but here you get someone local and someone who knows really their sh*t, and you get excellent results. We are beyond pleased with the service from when the appointment was made with Lavty, to providing the service. Vlad came to our house to clean 2 rugs, 5 carpeted areas and a white linen sectional which, courtesy of two toddlers, has had a rough existence defaced with crayon/marker graffiti and juice spills. He was timely did an exceptional job and has obvious high expectations of himself. The carpets are clean and not dampened like other companies leave them. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. He exceeded our expectations especially when it came to the linen sofa. I thought we would have to replace it due to the abuse it has suffered but its been remarkably rejuvenated. Previously, I had gone the dry clean route, which was more expensive and didnt make much of a difference in visible cleanliness. Lavty`s service was more reasonably priced and yielded a far better end result. Not often can one say that they paid less and got more. Now I know that when we do our next maintenance deep cleaning, LAvty cleaning will be the only choice we make. Vlad takes ownership of his duty and pride in his craft. My five year search for the best carpet/upholstery cleaner is finally over. This family-owned business deserves a real praise.Vladislav responds momentarily and arrives on time. He is professional, clean, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He also donates his time and effort to charities (For example, St George SOC on Denver Street) He works fast but the results are more than expected. I gave up on a few stains long time ago but he obviously doesn’t mind challenge. They are GONE! I am grateful, since our home is sparkly clean for our guests arrival.I had a few reservations at first because we only use organic products at our home. I cannot tolerate any strong chemicals or toxins. However, it is clean, fresh and nothing toxic detected. Turned out, Vladimir uses only high-end products unavailable in SD. They arrive by special order and yet, he charges reasonably, even on a low end. I’d say you cannot find the same service for this moneyI would highly recommend these hard-working people, who know what they are doing.If I could only find local plumber and a hairstylist of the same level.... haha

Cant say enough good things about this guy. Vlad responded in a timely manner when I reached out to him and gave me a quote. He didnt try to up-sell me on anything just came and did his work. He is extremely polite and thanked me for hiring him. We bought a new house and the previous owners had three dogs, so I wanted to have all the wood and tile floors professionally cleaned. We were on a difficult timeline between painters finishing and movers bringing our stuff, and Vlad came out the night before the movers came and did a great job. He showed me the dirty water from my kitchen and family room. And when I tried the paper towel on the floor test after he was done, it came up clean! I didnt know tile floors could get that clean! Wood floors had wax residue on it, so it needed an extra step. He removed all that mop&glue products professionally make sure that my wooden floors back to natural. There are NO WORDS!
