Im a very busy person so I liked how Affordable Carpet Care worked with my schedule. Juan called me ahead of time so I knew he was coming. The carpets look amazing. Juan was able to get tough food stains out of our carpet. He also cleaned a recliner chair for us and made it look brand new. Juan was personable, friendly, and cleaned our carpets in a timely manner.

This was our first time using their services. Juan, who I will say is extremely kind, respectful, and on task did the cleaning. We had our living area, hallways, sectional sofa, and ottoman cleaned. They did an amazing job the carpets looked brand new like we just moved in! It smelled great in the house the only thing I can say is that there is a stagnant smell from the enzyme treatment after a couple days... but it’s not terrible and I wouldn’t discourage others from using them, I just have a sensitive nose to it.

I cant say more then enough, Giavanni did a amazing job to my couch. It smelled so bad he came and did a deep cleaning and It smells amazing!!! He put in his work he got here at 8 and didnt finish till 9:10pm he took his time and didnt rush it. I totally recommend him! I will definitely come back.

Steve not only arrived on time, but a little early, which was great due to my work schedule. He was professional and friendly. He graciously answered all my questions about the carpet steam cleaning process. He was very efficient. I loved that he used corner protectors to keep the cleaning hoses away from my furniture and walls. There was no extra cost for removing a few of the spots he found. With the steam cleaning, there was no residual dampness, as I had experienced with other cleaning services. Two thumbs up!

I used this company to clean my two sofas and clean a rug. He did such a great job. I like that they dont use harsh chemicals. He also suggested a way to clean the rug in a way that saved me $$. These guys are great! They did such a great job on our carpets. We are landlords for a house rental in San Diego, and were only in the area for a few days. Affordable carpet service did a great job cleaning our upholstery and large area rug. Our couches had 5 years of pet odor and baby wear on them and they now smell fresh again! The workers were right on time, friendly, and communicative.They took the cushions off the couch, took them outside to clean and dry on a table they brought and set up, then cleaned the remaining upholstered areas of the couches in the living room. It was amazing to see the amount of dirt and grime they removed.Our area rug looks and feels new again! They were even able to get out a old “slime” stain from our daughters slime toy. Amazing!

This company is amazing!! They came over and cleaned 2 rooms and a living room. The carpet had not been cleaned for 10 years so they were pretty dirty. Affordable did an awesome job getting our carpets cleaned. They showed up right before the scheduled time. Steve explained the prices right up front and also showed us how he was going to remove the stains that our sweet little dog left us. We tried to get those stains up before with a small steam cleaner but they still showed. We were worried that the stains were permanent but Steve got every stain out and our carpets look great! False advertising. The price is cheap because the quality is cheap. Online their van is nice and business looks legit but when they showed up the van looked like it was straight out the junkyard. Their equipment looked outdated and not maintained at all. They did not take their time to do the job right and carpets looked the same.

This is my first home so I wasnt sure what to expect. I called because they had great reviews online and I asked if they use any harsh chemicals since i have a one year old in the home. Steve told me they only use what they need so that there will be no residue. The next day Steve and Aaron came and they were 10 minutes early which I liked. Ive seen the way some carpet cleaning services work. This company is all about safety of your home ! They had plastic on the corners protecting the corners of the house, they even tied rags on the tubes when the man went up stairs he had another worker hold the tubes so they didnt even TOUCH the walls ! I have been using these guys for a few of my residences over the last few years and I love them. I have 2 dogs, 1 of which pees (despite being house trained) pretty regularly on my cream colored carpets (I know, bad choice), among many partys I have had at my place have turned the carpets in to a nasty, smelly nightmare. Steve came and cleaned them up making them look and smell new; even focusing more on the problem areas. So happy with the work these guys do that I wont go anywhere else. Why bother when they have great service, work, and prices!

My carpet cleaning service was fantastic! Steve was right on time and ready to go for our appointment. He worked quickly and the carpets look great. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Do not use this company. Had my carpets cleaned, and they look exactly like before cleaning. They came again to re-clean and was told my carpets cant be cleaned and they gave me multiple excuses. I wish I would have known before hand that they are not capable of cleaning it. I would have called somebody else. So after cleaning them twice they still look like before cleaning. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Oh BTW I found another company that a friend recommended and they cleaned them and now they look great.
