I really thought I was going to have to replace my carpets since they were trashed by the previous tenant. I didn’t even want to sit on the floor ever, something I truly enjoy doing for some odd reason. After Peninsula Carpet Care I can feel fine sitting on the floor, I don’t look at my carpets and so “Ew gross”, anymore. They’re absolutely beautiful. I’m sure some stains may come back, but I think I will get them to come back in 6 months. I’m really truly happy with them, and they were so fast too.

Jayson was totally awesome! Very professional and communicative. He made sure to let us know what we could expect from the cleaning (we had some very tough areas), and recommended things we could do to help maintain the carpet afterward. First time using Peninsula Carpet Care. Great customer service. They were careful with the corners of my baseboards and were able to remove those tough stains on our carpet. The only reason I’m giving them a 4 star instead of 5 is because of the price. I paid a lot more than I normally do for carpet cleaning. I always like to give it a couple months after the carpets are cleaned to see if those nasty marks actually stay away, excited to see if the price difference was worth it.-- Amy K

I love Peninsula Carpet Care! They clean with the same passion as if it was their own home. I had carpets that looked like they needed to be replaced and after their hard work, I have a couple more years of life left in them! I also asked them to steam clean my bathroom tile floor that had years of gray grime. It took many rounds of work but the floor is back to white. Most cleaners would have done the normal once over. I do appreciated their care in doing the job right.

Peninsula Carpet Care did an excellent job on living room, bedroom and two full sets of stairs. They used green, ie environmental friendly, product and carpet was fully useable in 24 hours. They offer introductory rate for first time users.

Outstanding service- a)timely response to inquiries; b) excellent carpet cleaning skills and up to the minute techniques; c) great follow-up.I was a loyal customer for over 20 years to another company and continued to have recurring spots, even though this carpet is only 3 years old. We spilled juice from Honey Baked Ham on our carpet.- needed to get that out IMMEDIATELY. My regular company couldnt come out for 10 days! I pulled out the flyer I had saved from Peninsula and called. They were out here the next day! The carpet looked like new. However, that Honey Baked Ham stain has been a real challenge. Jayson came back twice trying different techniques and it looks great. He has not charged me a dime for the follow up and refused my offer of payment for his service. On top of this Jayson taught me how to remove small spots that normally occur in between regular professional cleaning visits.Bottom line- Im sold!! I hesitate to call the service simply carpet cleaning since the service does way more then just restoring carpet to nearly new (I say nearly since my carpet is over 25 years old). I have dogs and at one time 4 cats, so most people understand that you cant prevent accidents with pets. I have used Peninsula for a number of years- at least 5- and every time they leave I look at my beautiful clean bright odorless carpets and think to myself- I really do not need to replace them yet. The guys are great- always on time or they call to warn of a delay (traffic mostly), they examine the spaces, ask questions, move furniture and then painstakingly clean every square inch. They take their time, pretreating trouble spots, and the solution they use really dries quickly- usually within an hour or 2 at most. I have used other services years ago, but I am convinced this is the absolute best!

The recent reviews with 1 star ratings dont make sense, especially the one about crazy high price that seems to suggest that the customer didnt know the price before Peninsula showed up to do the work. Anyone who doesnt know the cost of the job BEFORE the work is started probably shouldnt be in charge of doing anything involving money.

The company I was using uses a detergent that left residue and would therefore collect dirt.Peninsula does a thorough job of vacuuming first and then cleaning. After cleaning they brush the carpet to make it fluff like new. We received numerous comments from family and friends asking if we had our carpet replaced. They were amazed at how great our carpet looks.Peninsula may not be the cheapest, but for $50 more you get a first rate cleaning that will last longer than typical carpet cleaners.

Absolutely fantastic! I wish I could post a picture of the difference on the mattress. It was truly a vile disgusting select number bed the air beds themselves were sweat stained and the topper was brown all the way through. The bed was given to me. Half way through the cleaning I took a picture you can visibly see the clean and dirty sides of the mattress. There was some kind of stain on there that was a tough one he definitely made it much cleaner than it was. In the past he has done my furniture and rugs. And that it is a organic enzyme based cleaning makes me feel good, especially on Earth Day.Jayson can make you feel comfortable on your on furniture again. Jason was very clear about the prices and when I asked for a couch to be litely cleaned becuase of its age he was happy to adj the bill and concentrate on the areas were there was more traffic. He also said our carpet looked years younger than it was because of the care we took of it. And I have 3 teenage boys! I took a minute to look over the other reviews and they certainly do not represent my experience with Jason and their workers that have been to our house over the years. I suspect they are fradulent or from someone that is not able to communicate their needs or wants.

Not the cheapest but certainly the best cleaning service out there. They are the only ones that lived up to the promise of permanently getting rid of those tough stains. Others would come and clean my carpets and a month later, the stain would be back with a vengeance.UPDATE 07/11/2014:The first time they came to my house, they charged me $145 for my whole house (1 large livingroom/office area + 3 bedrooms). They did a great job, no complaints there. The carpet was clean and stayed clean for a good 2 months, which is a little better than my previous carpet cleaning guy. Having said that, the previous carpet cleaning guy only charges me $80 for my whole house. Thats $65 more, but I bought into all this talk about cleaning with all this natural products and not leaving any chemicals in the carpet.Last week, I called to have them come by and clean my house again. They showed up today, this time two guys showed up (one with a clipboard and another with a rolling measuring tape). They walked into my house saying, Ok, its going to be $0.50/sq foot and start measuring my living room. After they measured, the guy with the clipboard made the calculations and right way tells me, the living room is going to be $130. I was a little surprised since the previous time it was only $145 for the whole house, so I said something and it was as if they were playing good cop, bad cop. One guy says, we can call and talk to our boss, meanwhile the other guy is saying, no, no, our boss said to charge $0.50/sq foot. Then they went on to measure one of the bedrooms, which was completly empty and the good cop is like, we can charge you $0.35/square foot for this room since its completely empty and the other guy says, no the boss said $0.50/sq foot.Needless to say, I didnt do it. The quote to do the whole house came out to almost double what they charged me the first time. While their service is good, I cannot justify spending 3-4x more than what my previous guy charges. I guess Ill be calling my old carpet cleaning guy again, since Peninsula Carpet Care is more interested in making sure they turn a BIG profit off of every visit, instead of trying to keep a happy, repeat customer.

We love their work . They are experts at removing stains . Very good job and on time . They got all the stains off my couch and even play doh stuck to my carpet . Definitely recommend them
