I have 2 personal stories about Armandos expertise (and kindness for that matter)!! The first, I discovered that our French Bull Dog had diarrhea ALL OVER THE ENTIRE living room carpet when I got home from work. There was NO WAY I wouldve been able to clean it myself. I called Armando and he was at my house 15 minutes later. He got everything to look perfect, which was basically a miracle. Can you say, service??Second story, we were at a friends house in Carlsbad and our dogs were playing. One of them jumped over the coffee table and spilled a glass of red wine. They had JUST moved in and remodeled, so the carpet was brand new. I called Armando for them and was there the next morning and did a perfect job removing the red wine stain (photo attached).He is always responsive, always on time, professional and reliable. Armando is the best! Really responsive, professional, and fair. Hes done two excellent jobs for us at two properties: carpet cleaning and a large sectional at one place, and travertine cleaning and sealing at the other. I cant say how happy weve been with his work and his customer service. Hes been on time and flexible, offering his opinions on ways to tackle our jobs.
