I have taken my rugs here for over 5 years and am more than happy to continue. The service has always been personable and kind, my rugs come back beautiful, I am a happy customer. Even though I now live 2 hours away, I still send my rugs- I am a creature of habit, this family does it right so I see no need to look elsewhere. Thank you Schwermas!

Randy is nice. His wife could be nicer. James is an excellent employee. I hope they are treating him fairly. That he gets state mandated breaks, gets health insurance since I understand he works 44 hours a week. I hope he gets vacation time and holidays. I trust he gets workmens comp and the facility is in compliance with OSHA. I understand his living situation needs improvement- working toilet and hot showers. There is a set amount an employer can charge for work-trade. It is well below aHe is such a hard worker he certainly deserves more than minimum wage. He basically runs the place. Excellent phone skills, polite demeanor, and amazing rug cleanerHe should serve as an inspiration to the rest of the Schwerma team.I enjoy Randys sense of decency and humor.Take care and be well, to all.

Used them for years, family run for over 50 years, very nice and have always done an excellent job.

HORRIBLE place and HORRIBLE results! My rug came back just as dirty and perhaps more matted than when I brought it in PLUS there was a big black dead fly in the center of it. Its an ivory wool shag rug and now it has to be taken elsewhere. I called to complain but no offer to make amends was made (not that I would even take it there again).The place is FILTHY dirty and hoarders work there. I only went at the referral of a friend but will never go again.Steer clear!
