I was extremely dissatisfied with my carpet cleaning. My carpets were wet for 4 days. When they dried they buckled down my hallway and along baseboards of living room and dining room. Notified Andrew and he came back to look at problems...took no responsibility. I have had my carpets cleaned 3 times previously, with other companies, and had no issues.I am having to pay a company to come out and re-stretch carpets.Would NOT recommend!

Once the infection was gone, the animals continued going to the bathroom in the house. If you have animals, you know that once it starts, it is hard to stop it because they can smell the scent even if we cant. I called Andrew and explained the situation. He not only returned my call promptly, but he confirmed my appt the day before, showed up on time, and completed the job quickly and professionally. Best of all, no more accidents in the house! When we moved out, we called him again so we could make sure we received our security deposit back.
