I didnt actually get to rent a car, they did not have anything available for the dates I am traveling. But, Ryan was incredibly kind and helpful in my search. I will definitely reach out to them the next time I need to rent a car. Excellent customer service.

I’ll never rent from another company. I’ve used these guys many times for trips with my family, and the customer service is always exceptional. Carlos makes us feel like family and is very accommodating to our needs. The vans are always clean and run great, never had any issues. We look forward to many more trips with Sun Diego!

This is a no frills rental company but they have superior service. Our van broke down after hours (stuff happens, not faulting agency). We called and the phone rolled over to Carlos who was on call. He had a new van to us within 40 min. He was a savior. I don’t think we would have received that kind of quick response from a bigger national outfit. Thank you Carlos and Sundiego! We will use you again!

Carlos is awesome!! From the first call to the moment we stepped into the rental, we were comfortable and felt welcomed. He was even respectful with social distancing and wearing a mask; I’ve walked out of too many offices because employees were careless. I wasn’t sure which type of vehicle we’d need nonetheless Carlos was great at finding the perfect car for us and very accommodating; he drove to the second office to give us the keys! Carlos was super helpful, accommodated our schedule, and gave us a good deal. The van was clean, and worked like a charm for our trip to Ensenada. Ill definitely be renting from Sun Diego next time we head that way.

Good service, good car would rent again

I have worked with Carlos and Sun Diego Car Rental for the past 14 years (maybe longer) leading teams into Mexico to serve. We use them for their superb and outstanding service. I appreciate their communication and Im a big fan of the drop off service at the airport (cost extra but its worth it!!!). The last few years it has been John who has provided excellent service and we havent been disappointed. This is a great company and we plan to use them twice in 2020.

I had rental with them for two weeks and their prices were best compared to the rest. Ryan from Sun Diego rental Miramar location was super chill and easy to deal with. Weekly and monthly rates were superb.

Dont fall in their trap of cheap rental cars. They are big cheaters finally you will fall in their trap and end up paying $1000. They very smartly say you car are fully insured and finally even for small scratches charge you maximum amount of 1000$. Very smart business SunDiego. What a big thieves you are.
