Simple scenario. Customer wants to get a custom wrap on a GTR with some body damage. Owner meets with customer tells the customer he’ll call him back in a couple of days. A week goes by customer heads to shop. Owner ensures him that they can do the work and he’ll call him back tomorrow. Customer calls the owner back after 3 days owner apologies and says he’ll call the customer back tomorrow. Owner doesn’t call the customer back insurance is asking for the shops tax id to cut the check. Customer calls owner it rings one time and hangs up. Customer is very confused and makes review simple

After reading every single review, the 4.5 is because one guy and some of his friends all posted 1 star. This place is clearly the best reviewed and highest quality shop in SD. I put in a couple solid days to research everyone locally. Im taking my Cadillac ELR here for Tanner to wrap. Ill post pics after its done and update my review after installation.

Making me feel like a girl waiting for you to call back after a one night stand. Lol if you guys could awnser my question on here that would be awesome and I would change my review to a five star just for the awesome customer service.My question was if you guys could wrap my car with the 65ft x 5ft of wrap that I already have? I was just there and as soon as we got there the owner gave us a tour of all of the cars.They gave me a lot of cool stuff and it was an amazing experience.Go vist its an awesome thing to see.

Mine was amazing I got to wrap my brand new 2017 porche 911 turbo

I was very dissapointed when I brought in my prius and they refused to wrap it in satan black. I was going to add and turbo kit, exhaust, and big wing to it but they refused to take it. The workers there are so mean and they thought all my ideas were dumb. They told me drive my prius off a cliff. apparently they are only nice to tanner fox and jake paul so they can get shoutouts. When I went I saw them talking to tanner. they said they would completley change his gtr if tanner wanted but they woudlnt even clean my widsheild on my prius. what a horrible place. I am never coming back

Be AwareThis seems like a great shop when youre shopping around, guys are professional they do good work and they warranty their work (not).SD wrap wrapped my Mercedes GL in the brushed black metallic wrap a little over a year ago, and recently the wrap started to fade wherever the sun hits it the most. So I took it in to have it taken care of because fading was supposed to be covered by warranty.I showed the car to Ramin and he confirmed that the material was oxidizing, so I ask about warranty and he tell me that this is not covered because SD wrap does not make the material, which doesnt make any sense at all because I bought the wrap from SD wrap and they guaranteed it so they have to take care of it RIGHT?? Ramin offered to pay for the material and expected me to pay for the labor which is insane this cost me $5000 and it was warrantied so I shouldnt have to pay anything to have this taken care of!!So anyways Ramin supposedly Submitted a claim with 3M about 2 months ago when I to see them but I have not heard anything from them and I messaged them a few times but no response....So if anyone wants to get their car wrapped with SD wrap be aware! They do good work but their word doesnt mean anything so make sure you get everything in writing dont be fooled by them, if there is an issue they will not take care of you!
