I had a flood due to my washing machine. This company came within 45 minutes, inspected and their crew started cleanup and dry out right away. Thankfully, they dealt with my insurance and I didn’t have to worry about anything! They were super responsive and the job was clean, fast and professional. Will definitely use them again (but hope I won’t have to!).

Marco and Luis did a great job removing insulation and cleaning out the crawlspace under my house to prepare it for some foundation work. The were on time, professional, kept me appraised of their progress and what they were doing and left the crawlspace and surrounding area clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

We had a good experience with this company. When we had a leak in our ceiling during the inconvenient timing of new years Eve, we contacted 911 Restoration and they had someone come over the following day. Lior was our project manager and he was informative on what to do and what to expect. Although there were some communication issues, they were very quick on getting the job done. There was some delay in response from our insurance company, but when our insurance gave the go for all the clean up and repairs, 911 Restoration were very quick to respond and get all the repairs done. The repairs and paint job were perfect, as if the ceiling was never damaged. I would definitely recommend 911 Restoration services, but would recommend keeping a journal of all discussions made with the associates just in case. They were professional and accommodating with their services.

My neighbor had his insulation replaced by 911, which referred me to them. I called to schedule an appointment and ron (the owner) came to provide the quote. I felt very confident that they are more than qualified for the job. They made sure to cover all working areas and kept the place very clean. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew was polite and professional. I highly recommend them!

Unprofessional do not show up or call on scheduled appointments and take pictures of oxidation so insurance companies denies coverage!!

911 mold removal and restoration.....not. Should be called 911 mold and restoration starters. Lack of communication, lack of completing job. I even complain - went on deaf ears. Watch out for the scam & cutting corners. I had to hire someone to finish removing the mold. Pic shows their finished mold removal....

My girlfriend and I went to vacation for a week and while being there my neighbor called me to let me know water was coming out the front door ! I called a couple companies and 911 Restoration was the fastest to arrive, Roni called me while he was there and sent me pictures showing the damages. He had a crew there within an hour and by the time I came back we were ready for the rebuild. 911 Restoration did a fantastic job removing very old insulation that was pungent with rat urine and feces. We needed the job done fast and we needed to get the best price. 911 came to the rescue! We got four bids and 911 was the most reasonable. 911 came right on time, extensively quarantined the area, removed all the insulation, sanitized the attic, closed up any access holes, installed new insulation in the same day and clean up everything perfectly! In addition, they took pictures of all the stages of their work and sent it to us while we were at work. I highly recommend 911 Restoration; they are a great company!

This company was a lifesaver for me when I was in a huge quandary and my time was running out to get out of a residential escrow without losing my earnest money deposit. The nice, organized woman who answered my phone call immediately directed me to an amazing individual by the name of Danny Shuster, who was the project manager from HEAVEN! First he spent an extraordinary period of time on the phone with me giving me detailed information and his highly educated opinions of what I was suspecting in the home. Without pressuring me to make an appointment (I really liked this!) he let me decide the next call of action. Once I knew I wanted his help, he came to the home in question that very same day, (politely giving me a twenty minute heads up phone call that he was en route so I could meet him there without wasting my day there) and the rest was history. With the accurate, elaborate and articulate information that Danny provided, he helped me make a wise choice of stepping away from this home even though others were pressuring me to go forward (they stood to gain $$ from that decision!) and because I had emotionally bonded with the house itself, my judgment and decision making capacity were unclear (Dont you hate when that happens?!) Long story short, he was my angel and with his expertise and assistance, I feel I am now dodging a bullet of future expense, headaches and What was I thinking? which I would be chastising myself with endlessly. The guys w/ 911 Restoration did a great job. They were very thorough. Spent a significant amount of time lining the carpet, stairs and walls to protect from dirt and scrapes. I was very impressed with how quickly they sanitized the entire attic space!

My wife and I recently purchased a house that was built in the 1970s and it needed a few things fixed. We decided the first thing we wanted to fix was the insulation. There were spots identified that had zero insulation. There were also some rodent droppings found in a few areas. 911 Restoration was the first bid I got and I wish I had stopped there initially. We reached out to a few other companies who promised to “beat anyone else’s price.” The other companies were over double 911 Restoration’s bid.After dealing with several contractors regarding our new home, it was truly refreshing to deal with a company that understands the meaning of customer service, punctuality, and tenacity. They’ve been one of the only contractors so far to show up on time for every appointment. They honored their initial bid and contract to the “T”. They removed the remaining, dirty insulation as well as the rodent droppings. They added steel screens to prevent future critters from gaining access to the attic. Finally, they added a foot of new insulation to all requested areas.The first day they were in the attic was one of the hottest days of the summer. They were in their hazmat suits when it was at least 90 outside (East County), so it must have been 10 degrees hotter in the attic. They worked all day without complaining once.This ended up being a multiple day job due to them finding a live wire in the attic. They showed up the next day as promised which coincided with our electrician being there as well. The electrician was upset that they were getting in his way, so they offered to come back another day. They were very courteous and professional the entire time.Thank you Anthony, Juan, and Luis for doing such an amazing job. Very happy with the work.

Danny Shuster and his team did a very good job, we passed inspection with no problems, and the cabinets were restored better than new. It couldnt have gone much better...

No one is happy when a leak happens. Even more so, when you are eagerly waiting for the birth of your baby! Our leak happened in the middle of Labor Day weekend, so waiting on insurance was not an option. But thankfully, 911 Restoration were on call, ready to help. They have made the entire demo and reconstruction process quick and easy, so we are forever grateful! Ron, Perry, Juan and Noeh have been nothing but professional, quick, quiet and respectable during this time. From start to finish, the process took a week and a half and Ron made himself available at all times! I cant give enough kind words to each of them as they have been so great. They have even been in contact with our insurance company to make sure our claim will be filed appropriately. I cant recommend 911 Restoration enough!!

My dishwasher leaked over night and pretty much flooded almost all of my first floor. I called 911 at 6:30AM and someone came with less then an hour. From the very first encounter with Ron, I felt I was going to be in good hands. He went up into my attic and analyzed the problems immediately. When discussing the solutions, he showed me pictures and explained different ways to take care of 2 major problems and the pros and cons of each method. I decided on one method, but after he left did some research to make sure. In researching I had some more questions and called Ron. He patiently took my call and answered my questions. After a little more research I was convinced that yes, Rons suggestion was the best. But he never tried to sell me on it. He gave me information and let me research. No pressure at all.The day of the installation, Michael, Juan and Adrian were on time and very polite. Michael explained to me what they were going to do, and they got right to work. I asked questions of each of them, and like Ron, they were forthright and patient.It was basically an all day job and unlike many other companies I have used, these men apparently ate lunch, took breaks, etc. in shifts, because I never saw them standing around. They cleaned up after themselves and did everything great. Now I have good, clean insulation in my attic at a decent price AND they repaired an air duct that had a huge hole as if it had blown apart. I went through the worst week of heat and humidity in San Diego this past week with no AC, but thankfully, when they left, my house was getting nice and cool.I would recommend 911 Restoration to anyone. If all of their personnel are as conscience and polite and hard workers like these 4 gentlemen, it is a great company with which to work and I will call them again if the need arises.

Im not one to usually write reviews, but I have to take a few minutes to applaud Danny Shuster from 911 Restoration. I was having difficulty breathing in my apartment and decided to call this Company to check for mold. He scheduled an appointment with me and came out immediately. During his first visit, he checked for moisture in my walls and recommended what tests would be good to run based on what he saw. We ended up running tests and he not only checked for mold but took the time to educate me on it, inform me of what the next steps would be for remediation, and even came out two other times late at night to help me with a few other issues. Not only that, but he has checked up on me personally to see how Im doing since he knew I was struggling with breathing. Its a pleasure to work with a Company who not only cares about taking care of your residence, but cares about your actual well being.
