We rented surfboard and wetsuit.. no issues, no problem, no headache at all. Just my wetsuit was a little big and got water inside. First time wearing and had no clue how snug they were supposed to be.

Easy to reserve all kind of beach stuff. Close to beach. Rented longboard and bodyboard for kids.

Jonnie was super helpful today. We came in for a last minute rental and ended up getting a surf board and three body boards! He was great to work with, super efficient and got us in and out quickly. He gave us recommendations for a good beach to try and the boards worked great. Definitely try this place out. The best prices around!

There was confusion with my original reservation and it looked like I was going to have to take my business elsewhere since I had a specific bike rental need for the time period I would be in town. Luis the store manager contacted me and personally saw to it that my needs were met. He and his staff were friendly and helpful. The original employee that helped me set things up was Adrian. His customer service on the phone was top notch. He answered all of my questions and ended up putting me in touch with Luis which made everything work out perfectly. I will definitely use you guys again!

We came here to rent two cruisers for the day, based on the reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was sub-par. Upon arrival, only one person was working - there was a family of four and then a gentleman before us. The family of four took up several minutes to select their gear and get fitted for their bikes. The gentleman before us got tired of waiting and left. We did get our bikes which were average in condition. Either the bikes were older or the maintenance was below-average, as we could see spots of rust on the bikes. The kickstand of one of the bikes was also loose, it either stuck out and hit the pedal while riding or, if pushed in, it brushed against the tire. Had to position it just right so that it didnt impede the ride. Quality and service = eh. Price was great at $24 for the two bikes for the day, with the online coupon. We would pay a little extra for better quality of bikes and service.

UPDATE: Ray and Junior took great care of us when they read my review and realized it was a new employee error. Thank you so much!Rented two bikes for a day. The bikes were in OK condition— they got us where we wanted to go. Customer service at the shop was pretty sub par, we had to ask about locks and helmets and timing and what not, which I felt like should’ve been explained without us having to ask. They told us to come back at 545 and the shop closes at 6. We came back at 550 and were charged a late fee—$5 a bike. Nobody ever told us there would be a fee for being late, just that the shop closed at 6. That ruined it for me unfortunately. Was going to return tomorrow to rent other gear, but will be taking my business elsewhere.

Disappointed. Rented 2 body boards for $30, with normal use one broke after an hour. When we returned they charged us an extra $50! At the end of the day we paid the cost of 2 new boards, ended up with nothing and lost out on time since they gave us a defective board. Better off buying new.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!We rented 2 bikes for the day, the gentleman working was extremely helpful. After a couple of hours riding, my husbands chain came off the gears. We called and they sent someone out asap to replace the bike. Went back later that day for an umbrella and the man discounted it (unprompted) because of the chain earlier. Such a great experience!

Rays rocks. I rent a surf board there about 3 times a year when Im in town and have always been super pleased. They dont have a bunch of lame fees if you bring it back late (you just pay for the extra time), I get a discount about half the time, why I have no idea but I do appreciate it and I always enjoy talking to the owner. Nice people who just want to help you have a great time while you are in town. Great selection of classic long boards too.

We rented beach cruisers from Sergio. They came with baskets and locks. The keys had leashes to help us not lose them. Even though mine was pretty rusty I had no issues over the 6 days I had it. I feel like they would have swapped my bike no problem if needed.

Friendly customer service. We rented seven beach cruisers. Everything was easy and reasonably priced. Great stop and activity for the kids.

Nice place. i went to rent skateboard, for 4 hrs it was $15. Everything is perfect but u should be lucky enough to get board size/Shape u are looking for.

Super friendly and fair. They stored my luggage while I went out. I originally asked for 2 hours, but ended up only being out for 1 and they refunded me the extra hour, so nice!!

Rented 9 bikes. 2 kept breaking down. When I called for assistance they said they couldnt help and Id need to walk to a bike shop, 2.5 miles. All of the bikes were overall in poor condition. Rusty chains, chains popping off the gear, feels like a constant drag. When we came back we were charged for 3 missing bike lock keys. We didnt even use the locks so they likely just fell out of the locks along the way. Charged 10$ per missing key. I asked them to comp it considering the bike breakdowns and issues; they didnt even blink/care. Not a single, oh that sucks or sorry. Just business as usual.

Wanted to rent four bikes for my family when we were back in town. No printer so I couldnt print their coupon. They chose not to honor it...on a Tuesday in October. I chose to take my business elsewhere. Free market at work.

I had a disappointing experience. At first it was all great. I told the guy I wanted a beginner board for a few days. I told him Id bring it back either close of day Thurs or Friday AM. We agreed on a price, and he helped me pick out my board. He was friendly and it was great.I ended up dropping it off at 9am when they opened on Friday. Then, a different guy informed me it was due back Thursday, so he charged me $20, an additional 50% of my cost, to return it at 9am.I feel like that was dishonest, and thus my 2 star rating.

The bike I rented was in terrible condition. Brakes were not working. The bike was unsafe. Front derailleur would not shift due to corrosion. I asked for a refund and was told no. It was a very disappointing experience.

Really nice service

Cheap bike rentals but you get what you pay for. Tandem bike chain would not stay on. They traded for another one.(after we got back to their shop.) Almost all of the chains were rusted.
