Rented bikes here twice in the last 2 weeks. Fair prices and great service.

I would suggest asking to see the specific bike you will be getting before signing the agreement. Some of the cruisers have seen better days and there are many, many other places that will rent much newer and comfortable bikes at the same price. Worth looking around.

Hello all. I accidentally left this review at the other location but I’m sure it would have been the same experience. I was on vacation with my family and the place we were staying recommended Rays Rentals for us to go for bikes. We went there to see an uneducated, understaffed, and overpriced rental store. DO NOT GO TO RAYS. We ended up walking literally right across the street to find a clean and organized rental shop by the name of Radd Action Sports. The staff here was so kind and patient with us and our family and had no problem assisting us with anything we needed. Also baskets and locks are included at Radd but at Rays they are extra. I recommend Radd Action Sports if you want an awesome rental experience!

They staff it with one person, so if theres any kind of line youll be here awhile trying to rent something. We were third in line and it took over forty minutes to get a bike... Took fifteen minutes after renting the bike to actually get it because getting the next customers card charged was more important than finishing with the customer just charged. The bike seat was also broken, it would not stay up so it was a very uncomfortable ride.

SUPER disappointed with prices and chair quality. He rented us a tiny chair (those low ones) for $15 for 2 days. We happened to be RIGHT across the street at another rental shop. That guy is renting the nice Tommy Bahama Chairs for $5/day!!!!! After our rental was done with the tiny chair, we took that back and got another rental from the place right across the street. Umbrella rentals are cheaper there, too. The umbrella bag we got with our umbrella rental was ripped, so it was inconvenient to carry vs slinging it over your shoulder. Dont go to Rays. Too expensive for the quality! Gave 2 stars because the guy at Rays wasnt terrible to us.

I used to go here all the time and they were great. Its super quick and easy to rent from them! I brought my friends and then they took me all time because it was cheap, fun, and we all enjoyed the rentals.So when I wanted to get my own gear, I went to them for help. I was mainly wanting to ask them for recommendations to places to buy my own gear. They said they could get me gear and set me up but itd be expensive. I was fine with this because I really liked them.I had called multiple times to make sure what I was asking for was okay, come in and tried on their gear, and requested them to order me new gear multiple times. Each time I was constantly reassured that they would call me with prices or that they would be able to order me what I wanted. I found out today that they do not order gear for people. If I had been told that two months ago I would be fine with that. But because I invested so much time in them I now have to start my search all over.Im very disappointed in my experience with them. It seems like every employee has a different thought when it comes to what they can do. I will not be coming back for rentals or anything else.Tl;dr: theyre great for rentals, but if you want anything else dont get it from them.

What an awesome place. Super friendly great customer service. I cant a few times with a bunch of my kids and they set us up with everything we needed, the bikes are great quality and easy to ride we were out all day, it was a lot of fun thank you Rays rental!

We just had an awesome experience at Ray’s Rentals! Our jet ski broke down and not only did they refund us the full amount but let us take out a kayak for free as well! Steve took awesome care of us! They were great and we will use them again!

Friendly and prompt service. All questions answered. I was in and out with two decent bikes in 4 minutes.

I’ve rented paddle boards and bikes a few times. The staff was helpful, quick and friendly. Prices are competitive.

Sergio was the best! He hooked us up with clunky old beach cruisers that didnt give us any problems at all while we road them everywhere for 6 days.

Good Price and Servic.They were open an hour later than their competitor.
