We have been working with Lars since June on our kitchen and master bath remodel which will begin in January. The planning and design portion of any project is so important, and we couldnt be happier with everyone we have worked with. From the first meeting with Betsy Burton our project consultant, ordering our fabulous appliances from the expert Matt Regole, designing and picking the finishes with Yvette Travers, finalizing logistics with our project manager Martin, all organized with the friendly help of Bonnie Ernst weve had nothing but a great experience with Lars. We are so happy to be working with them! They are part of our family now:)

Great people, very nice design center, very welcoming. The VP even met with us to answer any questions we had, and it was just an introductory visit!

I hired them first to redo my Mom’s bathroom and it was excellent. No mess, the crew arrived on time and did and excellent job. She really loves it. I then hired them for my kitchen and it is just perfect. They were great communicators and kept me informed every step of the way. It was worth every penny.

Attended the Workshop in February 2020. Very informative for anyone thinking about a remodeling project. They are not lying when they say they won’t be doing a sales pitch. Really encourage anyone to join and ask as many questions as you have. Everyone there was super nice, friendly, and helpful.

My experience working with LARS was fabulous, specifically working with Jennifer Cavanaugh who is genuine, understanding, creative and extremely proactive about her entire approach working with clients. I would like to share a customer satisfaction issue that met every expectation…it was perfect. We had Lars provide an extensive remodel circa 2010. We have been very happy with the end product since. Earlier this week, our water heater failed. While troubleshooting with assistance from the heater manufacturer tech support, it came to light that a modification to the venting method done as part of the remodel to vent horizontally out the side of the house with an external exhaust fan is not safe and could no be supported. Hearing that we have been in an unsafe environment as a result of recommendation by the Lars team to address the structural constraints for the venting, I became extremely angry and contacted Lars’ office. Matt, the Lars office manager took my initial and subsequent calls. Matt flawlessly handled the situation being calm and respectful and offering detailed advice on his actions going forward and fulfilled and beyond every commitment. Project manager Owen engaged straightaway along with Lars’ plumbing contractor Gustavo of Calplumb. Additionally, Jason Larson returned my call per my demand. Jason assured me that the situation would be addressed without any pushback. After these reactions by the Lars team, I felt totally comfortable that we were in good hands. As requested, Owen and Gustavo along with his assistant Omar rang my doorbell right at 8:00AM the next morning. After scoping the issue and reviewing options, Owen offered the best solution to replace the water heater with a modern model designed specifically for this application that included a new vent line. Gustavo and Omar proceeded to procure the heater and materials for the installation straightaway. Before the end of the day, we were back up and running with hot water. The installation is beautiful. This situation could not have been handled any better by all involved. The ownership and reaction by Lars was perfect. This reaffirms our decision to select Lars originally. We were told at the time that the warranty is basically forever. I can say without hesitation that this is the case. BRAVO!

We dropped by today to look at their showroom today because we had a flood at our house to learn that our kitchen remodel would run apx $70k. We were not asked the size of our kitchen was just if we received enough to cover the low end $70k figure. As you can imagine how we felt.U guess they only deal with higher end clients. Buyers beware.
