Phils Barbershop reminds me of the old laid back town barbershops I used to frequent as a child in Manila decades ago. Nothing fancy here but just a straightforward haircut however you want it be it a high or low cut or simply a trim. Hes been cutting hair for decades. Cash only please. He still uses an old working cash register.

My sons been getting his hair cut here since he was one. He needs to retire. But for the price. Ill keep taking him.. update . Not Jesse, his brother, burped in my sons face. Never again will i go back. The DISRESPECT!
