I got a haircut by Chrissy G. I was in town from LA for the day... for a couple of years I had not been able to find someone who would give me the simple 90s grunge-like haircut I wanted. She, listened, understood me and gave the exact haircut I needed. I really, truly appreciate it 🙏 and will come back in a few weeks for a follow-up haircut, as long as she is working, she is my new (although 2.5 hour away) hairstylist. Thanks Chrissy✌

Been coming for years. Things were a little more lackluster this time around. Appointment started 20 minutes late and haircut is not…great. Still I’m sure I’ll be back. I have too long a history of good experiences. :)

Great place. Staff can be moody. I’ve showed up once and was told my stylist had to cancel my confirmed appointment, I was shopping next door and when I walked by 5 minutes later there was my stylist, working on her friend. She looked at me and just kind of 🤷‍♂️

I had a really good time here. Its not one of those sit in silence awkwardly kind of haircuts the barbers are very personable and pricing is on par.

Great Haircut!!!I arrived at the end of their hours of operation, but that is what fit my schedule. Nelly welcomed me to her barbers chair with warmth and did an amazing job with my overgrown head of hair. Nelly worked unrushed even though they were about to close. Her kind demeanor coupled with her skills as a barber will ensure I return. Also the warm towel that was applied left me feeling luxuriously relaxed. Definitely recommend!

I can always count on Floyds to keep the men in my family looking their best. We have had great service whether we make appointments or walk in. My partner gets his hair cut twice a year. He goes in looking like a wild man and comes out totally transformed--the stylists are undaunted. They listen, give you a great cut whether youre 63 or 20, have a load of hair or just a few strands left, and you leave feeling confident. And theyre reasonably priced too. Highly recommended

Great place, Really Clean, Awesome staff.Gina scalps me about every 2-3 weeks. And is great doing it. I highly recommend booking appointments, because they are popular for a good reason. They give you a great cut, shampoo, and even a hot or cold towel to the face. Worth every dollar!

What an amazing experience. It was my first time in this barbershop and it was perfect. The people in there were very welcoming and made sure u looked amazing at the end of the experience. I advice everyone who doesn’t have a barber in San Diego to go there.

My former barber just moved to la so decided to try this while I’m looking for a new one.... don’t go here! After growing my hair for over a year all of its gone.... after I told the barber (Josh) don’t lower the top I l like the length just make sure it’s even, he kept going. If you know what kind of haircut you want don’t go here. Your hair will be ruined do not go here! Or just don’t go to Josh terrible service he can’t be legally licensed

I’ve been getting my haircut here for several months and am very pleased. I highly recommend Jade. She takes such great pride in her work and is also full of great energy. Having tried quite a variety of barbershops and salons in my 6 years living here, I think this is one of the best cuts you can get at this price range.

This place is awesome. I like to have an old school fade on the sides with the top a little longer. Go see Melissa. She is the best and nice to talk to while your hair is being dealt with.

Honestly I only gave it a neural 3 stars because its the holiday season and Im feeling kind. Close to $40 for just a buzz with the clippers. My second visit cost more for the same hair cut and we arent talking a massage or hot towel. Avoid this hyped gimmick shop and find yourself a proper barber that actually appreciates your business.

I have gotten the best haircut I have ever had. The atmosphere is amazing and the style of the place is very comfortable. I had a great conversation with Jasmine while she was cutting my hair and went above and beyond to make me happy with my hairstyle. I would recommend this barbershop to anyone.

I take my daughter to her regularly and I finally decided to make the big chop on my own hair, while it was a shock the cut and color I ended up with couldnt make me any happier! Well priced and with my mixed hair I wouldnt trust anyone else in my mane! Curly hair isnt easy to cut and color she executed it flawlessly!

Hadnt gotten a haircut in a while, so I wanted to take off quite a bit of length. My stylist did what I asked when I said take this much off, and it came out looking great. Wife got a haircut at the same time that also came out looking great.

I flew in from New Jersey on a vacation with my wife and we needed to kill some time before our AirBnB was ready. So we decided to run some errands and get beautified! My wife decided to get a mani-pedi next door and I saw this hip-looking barber shop and gave it a go! Gina gave me a great cut with some travel and style tips along the way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good cut and great style tips! I was also told they do coloring and more.

This place is great the people that work in this establishment are awesome they really know what they are doing....Christina the manager is funny and very professional and does an amazing job been going to her for 9 years now.

I had such a great experience at an L.A. location, so I thought Id give this San Diego location a try. I am severely disappointed. I had layers done, and they are so uneven. I hate it so much, I am literally taking kitchen scissors to my hair to try and fix/even it out. Sadly, I dont think Id come back.10/11/18 updateCredit where credit is due the manager called me and apologized issuing me a full refund.

Id say poor customer service on this place.... They do have professional hairstylist. But the lack of proper customer service portrays they dont care about keeping up with competition

In my experience a poor quality cut....On the east coast Floyds the barbers have higher haircut standards.
