Jay gives the best haircuts I’ve ever had. He’s always in a good mood, doesn’t ever rush, and is always professional. I’ve literally been stopped by strangers before to ask where I got my haircut, because it looks that good. Every time I see my girl after Jay cuts my hair, she immediately starts hyping me up about how good it looks. If I’m not seeing her immediately after, she’ll literally FaceTime me just to see how good it looks. I drive 45 minutes to an hour from north county every 1-2 weeks just so I can have Jay cut my hair. So long as I’m in San Diego, no one else will ever cut it. Best haircut, best barber, best service, and best shop in San Diego County.

Classic Cuts is a GREAT barbershop. The barbers are great at what they do and fulfill whatever you ask of them. Whether to cut a bit more off from the top or fade you up some more. And they take their time. Always have a good time getting chopped up and conversing w/ Jay. Jay is a top quality barber and appreciate how his cuts turn out. Solid work and even greater service. The barber that cut my hair well Cosmotologist just wasnt it for me she was doing my taper with the barber cape undone and the hair was falling on my shirt then I didnt get no aftershave no neckduster to clean my neck and didnt even clean around my earlobe still have long hairs, just was not feeling the simple haircut I asked for

This place is amazing! A traditional barber shop with a modern feel, supper clean, friendly barbers and workers on staff, all around good experience.But most of all I received a perfect hair cut! Really the guy who cut my hair, Ray I believe is his name, did a perfect job cutting my hair, I hardly ever get a low skin to fade even though it’s my favorite hair style because NO one knows how to do properly, NO one. But this place nailed it! The barber blended from the bottom up going from skin blending little by little for the perfect fade for my head leaving plenty of hair up top and on the back top side of my head.Bottom line, if you’re looking to get the best fade hair cut style ever this is the place for you, all around great barber for not only style but cleanliness, friendly staff and good experience.John Gregg

Classy environment with coffee and water refreshments. Huge TV thats easy to view from any chair, solid staff that keep it light hearted and dont make you feel like youre just another head to cut. Price is a little steep, but you pay for quality. Parking can also be difficult here, but Ive never had too much trouble.

Been lucky to know quite a few barbers and other hair professionals in San Diego for a really long time, but I gotta admit that even though I get taken care of by friends of mine Im glad to pay the money to support Greg and have him cut me up. One of the best barbers I have come across and the time and attention is top notch. A true Barbers Barber and takes pride in the cut!Every time I leave the shop after a cut from Greg I am not disappointed at all. Haircut didn’t turn out like the picture that I requested. Used clippers on parts of my hair that didn’t need it and now without gel my hair looks awkward. Trim around the ears seems a bit too much. Asked not to have a high fade and still went high. Didnt listen to a few key points.Place is nice and new-looking. Friendly staff. Depending on your haircut style this place may work for you as many of their other reviews are positive.

Walked in at 1155 signed up for a 1230 got a beer and waited there patiently.... At least 5 white males walked in and got seated. my time came and went. No love at all.... First and last time and only time i will even acknowledge this place. Dont wanna make it a big deal but feelin majorly discriminated against.

Im a older man that is very loyal to whom ever cuts my hair and face. Its like rims on a car, your car can be jacked, but with good rims makes it look that much better. With a crisp cut, you look and feel like a million bucks, even with holes all in your clothes.I was looking for a new barber, and it was hard to find one that was first fair in price, cut ethnic hair, and not far! So I called and found one that I would try out, went in and it was not busy, which made me wonder. I left very happy with my cut and will try them out again. Thanks for the cut!

Got my appointment set up on the app, I asked the barber for a MEDIUM SKIN FADE, and out of nowhere it was too late for me to say anything and it ended up being a HIGH SKIN.I mean the cut was clean and nice, but its still not what I asked for, for a $35 haircut, but I still gage him a $10 tip just cuz that’s what I always give to any barber.I’m not sure if I should come back to this place cuz I could get the same cut for $20 and the barber could get it right. I just wanted to try it just cuz I live in the area. Overall, just disappointed on my first visit.

Ive been to this barber shop twice now and after my last cut I know i have found my new barber. Everyone in the shop look like they know what they are doing but I will be going back to Dan to get my hair cut. Although I only got a fade and nothing taken off the top I feel confident enough to say that out of the several babershops Ive tried in Cali. This is the one to go to and definitely recommend it to all my friends.

Always a great cut at this establishment! Joel is the man to see but everyone there is good at their craft so no matter what youll get a good cut. Prices are a bit high but you get what you pay for. All they need now is to offer a complimentary beer with your wait and theyll never loose a customer lol.

I have been visited here many times. After Pat (My regular barber) left, I got a haircut from differnt guys. It was good. But recently, A new guys who took care me was horrible. Even though my haircut came out pretty good but he was extreamly impolite,too heavily touch and brush. He did not care that this is your customer’s head. Worst barber that I’ve ever met. Very upset and disappointed. I might not go back!.

Have had my had cut in many countries and this is the best Ive had. Also the shop has an awesome vibe. Ask for Dan, Ray or Isaac.

I requested to have my neck hair trimmed and tidied up as well as face shaved. Unfortunately the equipment the barber used was dull and very abrasive my neck was very raw from getting it trimmed( I discovered this in the shower as soon as the water touch my neck). Next I expected to have my face shaved using a straight edge blade instead he used an two electric razors. I walked away feeling like I had an odd experience and I was correct I went and looked in the mirror 10 minutes after my session and there were still hairs he left uncut on the side of my neck and I felt like I had razor burn all over my face. I hope by posting this they can fix their deficiencies in their equipment and also by being able to provide a straight edge shave for their clients.

Thought was a decent haircut till I got home and found out how some parts of my hair is 3 inches longer than other parts. Completely uneven and faded my sides wayyy too much. Told him I wanted a short fade but somehow convinces me to do a medium and I end up with something like a high fade. Barber seemed inexperienced when using scissors and almost unnatural not like any other place Ive been to

30 dollars for a one on the sides and a trim on the top that took 45 minutes. The cut looks as good as a 10 dollar cut that took 15 minutes from any other barber shop. I dont think I will be going back here.

The shop is set up with a pool table, a waiting lounge and you even get offered something to drink while you wait and then you leave with the kind of haircut that makes you think you can pull a girl like Rihanna, lol.
