We got the recommendation to try Big Boys by my sons friend.Very happy with the quality and detail of the barbers services. This guys are EXCELLENT. Ive gotten cut by every one of them and it does not matter. They cut EXACTLY how you want it. Very professional. Very skillful. And on top of everything they work fast. HIGHLY recommend.

Great job. Its my first time cutting my hair here at Big Boys and they are awesome. I was expecting a price around 10 to 15 dollars but the result is the reason why I dont worry about the price. Really recommend this place. 5 out of 5 stars.

Should have turned around when a barber was playing on his phone outside instead of helping customers. Another barber had to tell him to come in. I wanted a haircut and beard trim. I provided 3 photos on how I wanted my hair and gave very detailed instructions on the beard trim. After getting done with the haircut he trimmed maybe 3 or 4 hairs from my beard and was somehow done. Everything was wrong. He gave me a high and tight when the hairstyle I wanted was completely different and was shown photos. It consists of a taper at best, not a full high and tight. And my beard wasnt even really touched. He brushed it and cut a few hairs. I had to finish my beard when I got home and now I have to live with a hairstyle that I didnt want. Worst barber shop, and while I was getting my hair cut another customer walked in and had to ask to get a cut since another barber was playing on his phone.

Clean and safe, professional and affordable. DO IT

Cash only, wish there was a sign indicating this before getting a cut. Cut was ok, but so much gel in my sons hair made his hair look soaking wet.

Got a haircut by Dinh and he did a great job. He spent a lot of extra time to make sure it was just right. Will definitely go back.They have a pool table while you wait.

FINALLY found a barbershop in San Diego!After moving here from New Jersey, i could not find a good barber anywhere, after shaving my head a million times from horrible cuts, i decided to come to Big Boys, I think his name was Eugene not sure, but hes the 1st chair, My hair was bad from a previous barber a couple days ago from another shop, and i told Eugene what i wanted and he got it! I gave up $10 tip cause i was so relieved, and he engages in conversation, as a professional Hairstylist myself i highly recommend this place, they really know what their doing.

The furniture in the waiting area is old. Customer service can improve. I went with my boyfriend to get his hair cut and he liked the cut its more just hospitality thats lacking

Trash place, they dont even pay attention to what you ask for. They just try to get you out of there as fast as possible. Go to a real barbershop I wouldnt recommend this place.

This Barber Shop is Nice but one problem is that one time I went this guy took forever to cut my hair. It took 2 hours but overall it looked hella fresh just like I wanted but man it took forever.

By far best cut ive had since getting stationed in San Diego, small tucked away shop with great barbers **BRING CASH** will be going back without question
