I been loyal customer for many yearsBut this last time . I was not given a my core fee back and Blamed it on me and the mechanic shop

Drove over two hours after communicating with them via telephone. I asked the guy if it was the right part and he confirmed so I came to pick up the part when I got here it wasn’t even the right part. I talked to one of the workers and he couldn’t even help me. He was very rude.Spend your money else where these people will waste your time

If there were such thing as NO stars.. that’s be my choice! I took my family SUV to get our transmission replaced .. after they “finished” working on the vehicle, I noticed a shaking as I was slowing the vehicle down not too long after. I get it looked at and they see that the transmission was LOADED with silicon all over the place.. not only that but the transmission they were supposed to replaced was NOT replaced but pieced together and glued... I have no words to say. This is not how you do business.Not only that but when we called them out on it he was super defensive and disrespectful. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The people that work there are not punctual and do not abide by there set hours of operation. Was waiting outside for more than an hour to pick up a part that was scheduled for first thing in the morning openeing at 8AM. The employee wanders in close to 9 and continies in to the office to take care of a personal call. Very unprofessional!!!!

I paid for a part and never received filed a complaint with the better business beuro waiting on a refund

I was referred to call this yard and the person who answer the call was very rude and unprofessional and sadly to say he said he was the owner. He said I should purchase from a place closer to my home. He also got upset because I asked for a picture of the product just to make sure it was in okay condition. He said he was not going to waste his time for a purchase of Only $50 dollars. So if you need something for low price dont even bother to call this place.

Used car-part.com to search for a hood and found one in great condition here at a nice price.

Called on Wednesday to purchase an engine. He said call back on Friday. Called back on Friday and they tried to jack up the price up $500. Buyer beware

This place is top-notch the guys know everything about everything hes very polite and I am always going to try to buy their first just that simple. Theyre all about the customer at this place no lie

Super unprofessional. The guy said he doesn’t take one dollar bills because they are not worth anything. Lol.

The most unprofessional wrecking yard I’ve been to. Called in the morning so they would have a part ready and when we arrived after driving for 5 hours they said they couldn’t sell it to us cause it was too late and we didn’t tell them to have it ready they said. Finally they said they’d get the part for us and then after a second employee yelling in his own language he comes back and tells the other guy a forklift damaged the part. Stay away from this place at all costs I’ll tell everyone I know to stay away too.
