Peter was so patient and helpful in assisting me with my car. I have had a little trouble since the previous shop misinformed me in an oil change. Peter was able to tell me the problem and explain the solution to have my car return to how it was running originally. I definitely plan on coming back soon for the next oil change!

Superb customer service, I was helped by Peter who I was informed via other reviews of being an excellent mechanic. He explained everything and was effective in communicating to my car’s needs. He was accurate about how long the work would take and through their work they were able to have my car running better than it has in a long time. I will be returning here for all future repairs and services any of my vehicles need. Relieved to find a repair shop that I can rely on.

My first time here. As a person who loves my car, I called in and immediately said they could do an oil change for me. I have my oil and oil filter all ready so they only need to do the draining and filling up with the new one. Price is fair enough and you could see them work on your cars without any problem. Qusay was the man to do my vehicle. I own a 2019 Civic if that helps.

Tried to scam me out of $400I been here before. I returned cause IT SEEMED to be an honest place.Their LISTED hourly rate is $95/hr (a sign clear as day in the office are)Prior, they Swapped my Shocks and was charged a portion of that hour as the work took about 45min so I was charged $80.I return today, same job, and Ask them for quote and they come back $400-500....its AT. MOST. an hour worth of work. Online exanoles take about 45-55min. a simple job.Very dishonest. Bad shop. 0 stars if possible.

I had my smog check done here and Im very happy. They completed the work very quick and professionaly. There is also a park not far down the road that you can walk to while you wait.

Local repair shop with honest reliable worth done at a fair cost. Go see Peter and hes not going to nickel and dime you. Quality work by honest mechanics. I have yet to feel taken advantage of and I really appreciate the fast turn around.

I grew up in this neighborhood and my family has a couple of older cars (100k+ miles on them) which means they are sort of on their last legs. Peter is the head mechanic at this shop and has been incredibly helpful in helping me make decisions about what to fix vs. not on these cars. He is super honest and if you ask him, he will provide his honest recommendation about what he would do in your shoes, even when sometimes that means telling his customer you dont need to spend money on this right now or theres a cheaper way to solve the problem if you _____. Ive also brought enough cars enough times to know that they do solid work. Ive never had anything but positive experiences here. Its so hard to find a mechanic who you can trust to be decent. First time using this place for a window repair, and I have to say that it is one of the places, that I would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Peter is the one who took care of the issue that I had with my car and from the phone call to the check out service he provided was impeccable. Issue was fixed in a timely, professional manner.

On road trip from mid-west, Peter took care of us and did a top notch job.I blew a radiator hose, which was an OEM only part and he got it installed as quick as possible and also brought to my attention how poorly my brakes were functioning which needed all new pads, rotors etc... Being from out of town his communication and honesty are much appreciated and we are back on the road! highly recommend One Stop Auto Service Center. I rarely review businesses but I was so impressed I felt I had to share how satisfied I am.

On vacation from Michigan, these guys were able to get me in and out in less than 1.5 hrs on 5 minutes notice (on Christmas Eve no less) to replace a very Rusty flexpipe section in my exhaust. I had attempted to do this myself before the road trip but ran out of time, patience, and skill.

I rolled in with a Chevy Aveo 2011 back in march and these guys made it run like a 2020 no doubt. They offered all resources and at a reasonable price.

There is this guy name Peter there is the boss. Went there for brake and light inspection for my car and he took care of me like a champ. Very quick and smooth I was out in no time. Highly recommend. Will return again.

I drive by this shop a couple of times a week. Our Vehicle was long overdue for some motor mounts and a couple of minor issues. Our regular mechanic is very competent, but super expensive, and charges book labor rates. I stopped in and met Peter in person, and explained my needs. We made arrangements the next day to leave the car. All work completed by early afternoon, for a good fair price. This man is honest and clearly his team is very good. This will be my go to shop from now on.

I have a 2008 Toyota Camry SE.I was in need of a new mechanic last November. I chose to go to One Stop where I met Peter and his team. They replaced engine mounts and spark plugs on my 2008 Toyota Camry.In December, they replaced the water pump, thermostat, radiator, serpentine belt and water pump belt.In January, they changed the oil of the SE.Last week, they replaced the front and rear rotor and pads.Today, they informed me that the SE passed Smog.I am thankful the work that Peter and his team have done to repair the SE, as it continues its journey to 300K miles and beyond...

Drove up to get a quote on a oil pan gasket replacement, unfortunately you need to drop the engine to get to it, a bad GM design for servicing. Price was VERY fair, $300 less than the dealership. Been 2 months not a drop of oil has come out from the gasket. Good work, Ill go back when i need repairs.

After googling and calling around for prices I ended up here for a brake/light inspection. Staff was professional and friendly. Work was performed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and go back.

We have been going to One Stop Auto Service for close to 20 years, even though we moved to Orange County over ten years ago (38 miles one way trip for us), simply because Kevin and Jimmy are honest with us. They dont fix something just to make money for themselves. They truly do put the customer first.

They told me they work on RVs and after I had it towed there they told me they didnt have the equipment to work on it. Then they told me they would have it towed to another garage for me and they charged me for the tow.

Great customer service, owner helped me out and charged way less than the dealership. I was even asked if I could stay now and get my car fixed at that moment. This is my go to shop.

Wow my mothers truck has been there for over three weeks, the timing belt was replaced in August of 2016 they couldnt even diagnose that the timing belt was the problem again, Peter told us that the engine was shot, we had to call the shop they never call and let you know what is going on!!!! We had it towed to another shop and in there hours they had a diagnosis ! I bet that they Will not refund or cover the cost of the re repair!!! I WILL DEFINITELY KEEP EVERYONE INFORMED ON WHAT HAPPENS!!!😠😠😠😠😠
