Great place to have your vehicle serviced! We had both of our vehicles serviced at Mode Automotive and were very pleased. We were able to schedule ahead of time, both vehicles were done within 1 hour and he provided us with some awesome discounts. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Ryan is such a man of integrity. He never ceases to amaze. First of all he knows his stuff and keeps our cars in great shape. He will give you the honest answer even if it means he won’t make money. He told me I have great news for you. Since you serviced your car at 95,000 miles you don’t need to perform that service again until 125,000 miles. I was bringing it in for electrical issues BUT also thought I was due for the big 120 service. He could have just done it I wouldn’t have remembered that time line. He has done this multiple times over the years. Also throws in free fuses, little batteries in my key fab etc... I highly recommend him you will be very happy.

Being an airspace engineer, I have good background in auto repairs. Ryan was honest, on point, reasonably priced and did the job faster than expected.

Our BMW had a service engine light on. The car had also been sitting for 3 years. Ryan replaced and registered the battery and performed a diagnostic on the vehicle and then made necessary repairs. He also found some minor issues and called me before he went ahead and made the repairs. No dealer pressure here!! If you want a perfessional shop thats affordable with no pressure....this is it!

Ryan is an amazing mechanic. Very thorough and gives accurate and descriptive advice. I was listening to him explain a few issues to another customer and his descriptions are dead on. I work on my car myself, but usually get it inspected when Im about to do a project or complete something. So far, Ive only used him for an inspection, but he was very thorough and highlighted replacements I should need to do and how to go about doing them efficiently. I will definitely be back and cannot recommend him enough.

I have trusted Ryan for a number of years. This visit was routine maintenance: oil change and tires rotated. But he has done some major service for me in the past. Always a good experience. This time we were social distanced, by appointment. I was the only person in the shop and I was in and out in 35 minutes. His waiting room is pleasant and he has new comfy couches to sit on. My first experience at Mode Automotive was a great one. The prices were fair and the service was excellent. I was formally taking my car to Firestone which closed, and they always took so long to complete even a simple oil change. I had 3 long services completed on my car and it didnt even take the whole day to get them done. The owner is such a nice person, I definitely will be back.

We saw the high marks for nearby Mode Auto and scheduled a repair estimate. Very detailed thorough check with frugal analysis of current conditions. Does a great job of forecasting items that will need maintenance both short term and items that can be deferred to the next time such as brake rotors. Also gives a heads up what services will be needed at the next factory recommended interval.Prior to this recent visit Ryan spotted an item that he could repair but recommended that I check with a dealer as it could be covered under the warranty. The manufacturer covered the repair and I saved money. That is the level of integrity and trust Ryan expresses.

Rob is an Honest Mechanic. He Replaced timing belt, water pump and power steering pump in wife’s Honda Odyssey last month. Actual cost was same as quoted and Van was ready on time too. Great service at fair price. Have been going here for about 4 years now. Get services for our family three vehicles: a minivan, hybrid sedan, and a convertible sport coupe. What I appreciate the most is the rundown when I picked up the car after service is rendered. Ryan is thoroughly explaining what was done as expected but also what (future or potential) issues to keep an eye out for, and inform me what issues are critical to address. He also treat everyone professionally; he provide a detailed debrief to my wife and daughter as he does for me.

This place has great service. I changed both my front tires, changed my ac compressor and got an oil change. Not only was I told what needed to be fixed but it was explained, I was given alternatives and priorities on what required changing and what could wait. The process was very transparent and honest. Ryan replaced the struts, replaced rear brakes, 4 new tires with alignment and evaluated a gasket head leak--all for considerably less than a dealer. Ryan, is by far the best mechanic Ive ever had. Hes honest and does high quality work.A Honda dealership in town kept throwing parts at my car to fix it and asked for another $1000 to fix my car. I took it to Ryan and apparently the dealership mechanics didnt align a part correctly in my car. All Ryan charged me was an inspection fee and Ive been taking my car to him ever since.
