The guys here are great. I had what I thought were dead rats in my engine creating a HORRIBLE smell. I felt so bad for all the guys working on my car cause it was just revolting. These guys took apart my car and it turns out...drumroll...it was a double pack of whole chicken from Costco that had rolled under the back seat. I had looked for that chicken four times after my Costco visit and finally decided I must have left it in the cart. Anyway, the guys at Boulevard were determined to get the smell out and tried everything from fumigating to bringing in a detailer. They made a pretty RANK situation not so bad.

Ive been very satisfied with the work they have done on my Mustang. Always top notch, whether its a brake job or suspension work. They are also honest, something that is not always the case with automobile repair shops.

I had a great experience at this service center. Being from out of town I didn’t know where to go and this place turned out to be ideal. They ended up giving me a great price on what needed to be fixed and did it in only about 3 hours. They were extremely friendly (to my dogs as well - they got treats) and I felt very comfortable having taken my vehicle there. I would go back if I’m in the area again!

Was recommended to visit their shop by AAA and multiple friends of mine. Stopped in to get my battery replaced and for a general check up, they were honest about what needed to be fixed, timely with their work, fair with pricing, and accommodating and friendly. Will definitely return in the future, but hopefully not in the near future.

I had a great experience with Richard and Boulevard Automotive. My car was at a place where I wasnt sure if it was going to be drivable any longer. Richard recommended a service and got the car up and running again, saving me from scrapping the car and being out thousands of dollars. This is a first class service company. You call in for an appointment and state your needs and they are ready for you when you come and the work is done in a timely manner they even make recommendation for a issue they see coming up in the near future. Im very pleased with all the work I have had done with Boulevard. Scam artists. Never authorized repairs after initially dropping it off and the next phone call was “your bill is $900.” The problem didn’t stop and when I brought it back a few days later they said ok it’s a $120 diagnostic fee but it’s labor intensive....no it’s not it’s a computer generated electronic code.

I am sad to say that after years of trusting this shop I just discovered that they cheated me. In March 2018 they installed a “new battery”. Honda San Diego just showed me it is actually a 2013 battery. Even worse boulevard wrote “alternator” on my receipt instead of battery in an attempt to cover their tracks. I will be filing a grievance w the state among other actions ASAP.

Pricey but Fast and can get you in even upon an emergency status type of repair. And finished up quickly So you can be back on the road in no time

These guys are so kind, informative and generous in the auto services. When they have free coupons they share them as well, I really am happy to have found a good place I can trust.

I go to Boulevard Automotive since five years. Never disappointed. Honest and friendly staff. Look at the website for special offers. They also offer rides to UTC, La Jolla, Pacific Beach etc. I always go there for oil change and they offer a complimentary coffee at nearby coffee place. You also have a free car wash with your oil change at the car wash place on Tourmaline.

I had my vehicle repaired at this shop on Three separate occasions ---- Here is what I was told each time: 1) First Time: Need to Replace Starter -- OK -- $$$$$$$$ -- 2) Second Time: Need to Replace Starter AGAIN - Steering Fluid was leaking on to Starter--OK--$$$$$$$$ 3) Third Time: Need to replace Alternator--OK--$$$$$$$ -----These repairs were done in a 1 year period !!!!!!!!! Only to find out Later none of these were the Problem, as the Battery was the culprit, i.e., It Wasnt Strong enough for my car, ever since I had the Battery replaced there has been no problem at all. ---The Credibility of Boulevard Automotive, in my eyes is NIL !!! Not only did they pull the Wool over my eyes, but how in the Hell did they ever get AAA approval ?????

I have taken various cars over the years here. Mercedes, Honda, Mazda, Porsche, and Subaru. They are very reputable and charge the same as some other places that I have tried. They are very professional. I like these guys a lot.

Rarely do you find an Auto shop that you look forward returning to but I have had nothing but great experiences with Blvd. They have a friendly helpful staff and they always offer great prices and discounts regardless of whether the coupon is multiple years expired. They also always provide free coffee, free carwash, fruit, flowers, tooth brushes, led light keychains and all sorts of good stuff. They also will provide you with transportation. I will continue to recommend this business to all.

I highly recommended becauseI picked up my car today from Boulevard Automotive and I was so impressed. They are so professional, called me when they said they would, they even dropped me off and picked me up. I went to one of my clients which is also a Auto Repair place because my Volvo was making all sorts of noises. They told me it was a problem with my transmission, however they didnt work on Volvos. I came to Boulevard Automotive they do work on Volvos. It was a great price they told me it was the motor mound. Best automotive shop in Pacific Beach!

Horrible! They charged me $400 and didnt fix the problem. When I took it back into the shop and told them that my car was still intermittently stalling, they told me to take it to a Honda dealership. I did, and the Honda dealership fixed it for free, as it was still under warranty, but I am out $400!!! Not reputable!!
