People who I talked with, mostly Rudy & Arturo were honestly best customers service & made the whole car buying transition very easy & wasn’t there for long. Also got me into a better deal than my pre approval. Definitely would recommend family & friends to check them out if in the market to purchase a car. Only reason there wasn’t a 5 stars is being I always see room for improvement. It wouldn’t let me give 4.5 stars but they are top tier dealership I’ve been too.

I turned in my Gullia lease for a Stelvio that is unique to my liking.Dont spend time looking at other dealerships in the LA area when you can get it in San Diego.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years but hands down this was the best experience. Mark is a fantastic salesman with a great personality and follow through. Even with COVID 19 limiting the car shopping experience, Mark kept in contact, scheduled my test drive and worked hard to get me a great deal. Hats off to Clark for actually contacting just a week after the purchase to have me sign new paperwork as they lowered my monthly payment $50 a month. What a team...what a dealership! Unbelievable Bad ExperienceI have been trying to call the Alfa Romeo of San Diego for weeks to schedule an oil change appointment, left a voice message, no one did pick up neither anyone returns my voice messages. I had to leave work early to go by myself to schedule an oil change in person. I asked for the Service Manager, Joel, (he was on his personal cell phone when I saw him) of why no one is picking up any calls? He did not like my question and told me What do you want now?. Later he said Get out from here and Im not going to oil change your car. I have never ever been in that situation before. I reported my complain to the General Manager but yet, the general manager did not take any actions after he promised I will take care of it. After more than two weeks, the general manager did not call! Very unprofessional place with zero respect to clients. I wont recommend this place to anyone, ZERO STAR!!!

So I’m not trying to make a big issue out of this, but I’m pretty sure the mechanics switched out my battery for a used one. I simply took my car in for an oil change, a few days later I had trouble starting my car. I took the car to the same Auto Zone I bought the battery from a year ago and told them it was still under warranty. They told me that it wasn’t the same battery. Sure enough, when they took out the battery it had a Walmart sticker on it. It wasn’t the same battery I bought a year ago. So I had to pay $150 to get a new battery. Obviously I can’t prove what the mechanics did, but they where the last guys under the hood since i bought a new battery from Auto Zone in 2019.

I recently purchased a 2018 Giulia from Alfa Romeo of SD and although I dont leave many reviews I felt compelled to do so in this case. After being bombarded by calls and emails from various dealers after an internet search, I decided to check out the local Alfa Dealership. I was met by Mark who took the time to listen to what I was interested in and hooked me up with probably as close to my dream car as I could have gotten with the budget I gave him to work with. Mark gave me time to think it over, never pressured me and answered all questions promptly throughout. Not to mention there wasnt much haggling necessary because he gave me a great deal on the car. Soon after the decision I was introduced to the GM Clark who was just as personable, professional and willing to accommodate. Just a great experience throughout not to mention the compliments Ive gotten on the new ride!

UPDATED: Love this place!! highly recommended!! Came in for a regular interval maintenance. Called them once they opened to see if they could squeeze me in and they answered right away, none of that automated answering service that has 10,000 menus only to get to leave a voicemail. I get to the dealership and they were waiting and ready for me. Quick and easy check in. I also mentioned that my rear defogger wasnt working and they said they would check it out. The technicians are awesome at what they do and were very thorough doing an overall inspection and finding other things that I didnt even think of. Mind you, my car is still under warranty and so everything was still covered. I never felt I was getting scammed into getting unnecessary things done, like I said my car was under warranty. The technician even came up to me in the waiting room to explain and answer questions.Talk about customer service. Chris and Joel are great guys, very friendly, accommodating, and will answer all questions thoroughly. I will be taking my car to get it serviced by them again.

They are super friendly, competent and professional - providing the best customer service I have seen (...and I am not easy to please!). I need to update this as I forgot the most important person in this process. Chris in the Parts and Service Department is literally the nicest and coolest person I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He is efficient and does a great job communicating what needs to be done. When your parts are in he calls immediately to get you set up for an appointment. The only thing that was a slight issue is he is a Charger fan😉. Thank you so much Chris. Bert in the Service Department was awesome. I had to wait for my car to be done and it actually took longer then expected due to my little Fiat having a huge alignment issue. Bert was constantly going to the back to check the progress and communicated everything that was happening. I needed some parts ordered as well and Bert was on it. I did get my car back with still a slight alignment issue but Reed the mechanic along with a visual aid of tape and a rubber band explained that it was a faulty tire and not the alignment at that point. Love these guys and their service. Bert let me know he was new to that service department. You would never know it as he is kind and very knowledgeable. Great job guys. Keep it up.

After a couple of service visits to this dealership, I felt compelled to write a review because this is the best car dealer Ive ever dealt with, bar none. Chris in their service department is a star, not only does he communicate well, but he understands how particular car owners of high end vehicles can be. I will be considering buying another Alfa Romeo from this dealer this year for my wife, and highly recommend this dealer to anyone interested in a Alfa Romeo, both new or used. They also appear to have a good selection of used high end vehicles including Porsche, Mercedes, and others depending on the trades they take in. While other car dealers are interested in only selling you a vehicle and service is an afterthought, these guys really take care of their customers, the way it should be done. Alfa Romeo car owners (including me) are passionate about their vehicles, and having a good dealer to take care of their beloved vehicles is important to the success of the brand.

Honestly this is the best Alfa Romeo dealership you can go to, I have taken my car to 2 others one in National City and the other in Carlsbad and have come away unhappy with the lack of knowledge and service. Bought a Alfa Giulia Ti with help from Tom and Franky. Tom was the only sales person among the 3 Alfa Romeo dealers in the area that were willing to place a custom order for me. He was very straightforward and honest while keeping me in the loop during the whole process. I dont recommend this dealership. I bought a car from them, but run into a problem with ex business partner who took all my documents. I now dont have the contract and I dont know through which bank I got financing. I contacted the dealership over the phone and email and asked for copies or at least some information so I can take care of the payment. I didnt get a response at all for weeks. Needless to say, if I could leave 0 star I would.

I own a Fiat 500L and I had to tow it after it gave me a few issues while driving it. The service was excellent, fast, courteous and I couldnt be happier. They found the problem and fixed it in one morning and now I am back on the road with my beautiful car. I wish I could give ten stars. Both the general manager and the service manager did a fantastic job and my repair was completely under lifetime warranty. I trust them and they have earned a life time customer. Love this place! +++SCAM ALERT+++This review is solely based on the new (2 weeks on the job) sales manager “Clark Gillette” that is a fraud. I’ve never felt so disrespected by someone like this.Just 30 days prior I acquired a new Giulia at this exact same location with the previous sales manager and the entire process was very pleasant and flawless. This time around we decided to go back to the same dealership to purchase a Stelvio for my wife, the whole deal was negotiated over the phone to then be finalize at the store. This time around we’re introduced to the new sale manager “Clark Gillette” and that’s when the deal took a bad turn.The whole deal from start was super shady, it all came down to the $3.000 down payment for the lease which we have previously agreed upon. This time around Clark came up with an absurd excuse that his computer could not connect with DMV so instead of us coming back the next day, he proposed to us to leave the store with a $48.000 Stelvio without any paper work, invoice nor paper plates which is illegal in the state of California. He then promised to deliver the documents to our house in the next morning. Three days went by when finally, sent Cristian the sales person to finalize our documents in our house. Everyone knew from the beginning that our down payment was $3.000 so Cristian requested our credit card number to be written on a piece of paper so he could charge us the down payment at once he was back at the dealership. We disagreed because we didnt think that this was a safe procedure so we made arrangements to complete the transaction at the dealership on the next morning. I was unable to go with her next day, so she went alone to dealership and spoke with Clark, he then completed changed the story and said that our $3.000 down was now $4.600 due to taxes and license and plates. She was then coerced to complete payment and told that he explained about adding $1.600 to the down payment multiple times to both of us (COMPLETE LIE!!!)On the next morning I learned about the $1.600 discrepancy and immediately called the dealership, and guess what? Both of them were off work that day, so by law if you want to cancel the lease it must be done within 24 hours and this crook knew exactly what he was doing. I was then promised by Cristian multiple times that on the next day (out of the cancellation policy) everything would be solved. He said that Clark would call me first thing in the morning which it never happened; multiple promises were made throughout the day until I finally got a hold of Clark. It was by far one of the worst displeasure that I had in my life to deal with this sleaze salesman, he never apologized for the misunderstanding nor acknowledged his fault in clearly communicating with us. He was confrontational from start and unwillingly to discuss about our case. At one point he started screaming on the phone in an effort to intimidate me, I said that I was very unhappy this deal and I wish it never happened. He ended up hanging the phone on me and told me to look for my rights.The $1.600 will not make a difference in our lives but this review will stay here forever to show the type of people that are representing Alfa Romeo San Diego. Until this guy is part of the staff of this dealership, I’ll definitely not recommend this place. Nobody needs this uncalled stressful situation in their lives.I own and Marketing Agency and I’m feeling compelled to write a press release detailing my story and submitting to over 10.000 media sites. I’m also in talks with the local news channel to share my story. This is not fair and I do not wish this type of dirty negotiation tactics to my worst enemy.The whole deal took a toll on me due to the stress that it has caused. Lastly, I will also file a police report detailing this whole situation.An extremely unhappy and dissatisfied customer from Alfa Romeo San Diego.

I am not one to write bad reviews about a place, but under the circumstances I had no choice. THE ONLY PERSON THAT WAS GOOD TO ME WAS BLAINE. Other than Blaine I felt very disrespected as a customer and as a person.I was given a deal on a car and was willing to take the deal but they did not have the color I wanted. I had a lease with a different company that was at the end of its term. Alfa Romeo san diego told me that they were getting a shipment soon and told me to return my lease assuring me they can get me the color I wanted. After a week of waiting, I gave them a call and even went to the dealer. They told me they didnt get a shipment yet and they didnt know when theyd get one, after I already had been a week without a car Ubering to work.I accepted that I was not going to get the color I wanted and was willing to compromise because I was desperate for a car, so I decided to get whatever color was available. The color that was available I was given a price on upon my first visit before I returned my car and have text message proof of the offer I was given.After wasting a week of waiting and paying for rides back and forth to work I was told that the offer is not real or unattainable after I was already offered that a week prior.I have never felt so disrespected and talked down to. I have not stated names of those that made me feel like I wasnt an important customer. I took my business elsewhere and now have the car I wanted in the color I wanted WITH A BETTER PRICE.

This is the best dealership I’ve been to. Very friendly, accommodating and excellent prices. It’s located 180 miles from my house and I made this trip twice. That should indicate how much I wanted to lease my car from here. Tom Sonesaksith and Ryan Satterfield were great to work with. Very straight forward and didn’t waste my time. They had great communication without being pushy. Very accommodating as well. They even picked me up from the train station. This is the benchmark for how all dealerships should be. I went here to get my new used Fiat 500 (that I acquired via Craigslist) a once-over. Every time I spoke with Chuck in the service department (on the phone and in person) he was helpful and pleasant. He went above and beyond, and the car service and the customer service I received was great. In comparison, I used to have a smart car, which is serviced through Mercedes, and my experience with Fiat was much for of an all-star service compared to my experience with Mercedes. Im very pleased with my Fiat purchase and I look forward to getting my servicing from this place time-and-time-again!

Id say more of a 4.5 than a 4. Ryan Satterfield, my vehicle consultant/sales person, really is great and I highly recommend asking for him should you go to look into the dealership and their wares. He is straightforward, patient while youre deciding on color (definitely was me) and was helpful even over a few weeks while I was deciding what to do about purchasing a car. The only reason it is not five stars was a miscommunication about how to obtain the lease deal they were offering and disappointment on my part that this had not been told to me by finance when I first came in. No fault of Ryans. Ended up with a 2017 Fiat lease and am pleased so far with the purchase. Check them out!

Great Experience - I just leased a beautiful 2018 Alfa Romero Giulia Ti Sport, and dealt with Virgil White from Sales, and he is not just knowledgable and professional, but a gentleman. Arrived at Alfa Romeo and Fiat of San Diego to buy a car for my sister and was immediately greeted by Ryan who became our vehicle consultant. He was knowledgeable about the car we wanted to purchase and provided great detail about the options that were available. The whole time we were there we never had a sense of pressure. This was HUGE to me.After going for a test drive, we were sold on the vehicle and we negotiated with Robert the GM. While my sister and I believed that the price of the vehicle was already a good deal, of course we had to get the best deal possible so we hit Robert with some sweet negotiation tactics and got AN EVEN BETTER DEAL! I have to give it up to Robert. He sensed my need to get a win and he gave me that piece of mind. A few hundred dollars may not mean too much, but it turned a good experience into an AWESOME experience!Once the negotiation was complete and we got a great out the door price, Frankie quickly assisted us with the financial paperwork; again NO PRESSURE to buy any extra add-ons. Frankie is so fast, well just call him the One Minute Man (of Finance - LOL).I literally have not had a better experience at any dealership in my life! These three, Ryan, Robert, Frankie, are ALL CONSUMMATE AUTO FINANCE PROFESSIONALS!! If you want a great vehicle and you want to be treated like a King or Queen, make sure you buy a car at THIS dealership and make sure you meet them. You wont be disappointed!

I have Fiat 500e Owner.They do not let me Charge my Fiat 500e.Service.One of the worst Fiat Dealer.I have never ever faced Bad Fiat Dealer for Fiat Owner.Even local Volvo Dealer, they let my Fiat 500e charged with wrlcome for free.What is going on this Fiat Dealer...I am really upset since I have only 5% left.

My fiance and I bought a car from this dealership after visiting 4 other dealerships around the county and countless more online. We were drawn to this dealership by an excellent deal they were offering on the car we wanted. We were also drawn to them because they worked worked to satisfy all of our requests right from the beginning. I would not consider my fiance and I passive buyers. We have lots of questions and also lots of requests before we make a deal. We encountered several of the staff there including Baylee, Tom, Franky, and Robert. They all worked with us and for us genuinely. Service here is real and that made it easy for us to trust them. They worked to get us great financing there too. My fiance and I had pre-arranged financing with a credit union at 2.79%. After we all settled on a price for the car, we had the check from the credit union all ready to go. I didnt ask, but Tom took it upon himself to search for a better rate for us and he found one at another credit union that was .80% less. He even got them to bump us to a better rate then the credit union was originally offering. He saved us about $500 without us asking for it. For comparison, another dealership worked really hard to get us to accept terms that ranged from 2% to 4% more than our final rate. If you are looking for a good dealership, go here.

I had a routine oil change done this week and it was $30 less than the independent dealer near my home. The Service Manager Joel Golliday took care of me for this very short visit. In and out in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Fiat San Diego and Joel for service work on a Fiat.

Absolutely love this place! My family and I arrived on Sunday afternoon to look at the Stelvio and we ended up purchasing 2! The service was impeccable, we never felt rushed even though they were already closed, Hector Yorba and Ryan Satterfield really took their time with us and made us the best deal possible! Overall the whole experience was so easy and fun! We love our cars and recommend purchasing here 100%!

I have had excellent service at Alfa Romeo and Fiat of SD for my 500e and it continues now that I added a Giulia Quadrifoglio to the garage. Since Alfa only sells three models not dozens, you get a more personal, less crowded experience than the German brands can provide.

If I could give them a big FAT 0 stars I would. The worse experience ever in buying a car. They let my wife and kids drive off with 60% battery life in the 500e traveling over 80 miles when the car can go only 88 on full charge. “Telling her no problem you will make it home it is fully charged”. They got stuck half way and had to tow the car and did not get home until midnight and 150.00 cost. They are cradleless and cold, never bother to apologies. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Do not buy the 500e!!!

I am 36 years old and I have bought/leased various cars through my years and I have to say this has been the best experience by far, like anyone else at my age you worry about the financial aspect of purchasing or leasing a car before even considering the car itself so I got in touch with Tom Sonesaksith at this dealership to ask some questions, not only did he answer the questions he made it possible for me to acquire the vehicle I wanted in a very intelligent way, my fear was to get excited for the car and no be able to do this, he made those worries disappear, needless to say I was able to drive away very happy and as far as the car itself Ryan Satterfield did a superb job of showing me the car and getting me familiar with it as well, everyone was very helpful and courteous, the process was fast and seamless and well the vehicles do not even need selling points, they sell themselves.With that said I know I will have a good car for the years to come and if I ever decide to make a change I know I will be coming back here again as my very first option, well done guys!Paul
