Update on 6/3 : Eventually I had to bring my BMW to replace the turn signals. Muhammad took care of it in no time.. as usual gave me some advice and showed me why I need to replace my front brakes. He also explained what would happen if I delay it (rotor replacement, which meant more money). He gave me all the info and asked me to think about it. Once I called him back and confirmed, he took care of it as well. He is so polite and such a joy to work with. Thank you Muhammad :)2/1/2020 : Took my car this morning. Turn signal was not working (my earlier mechanic messed it up (she said there is a problem and it is a wiring issue). Tam and his mechanic found the issue in like 5 mins.. fixed it and it is all good. Tam would not accept money because it was just a 10 mins job. He gave me some tips on general maintenance as well. Im going to create a Yelp account to review this place. Such honest man !!! Thank you Tam !

Recently I took my car to a car repair shop in 9555 Black Mountain Rd Advantage Auto Tech as my car stopped accelerating near that area. I asked the service person named Mohammad Abdul to check the issue and he told me to leave the car there and next day he called me and informed the CVT transmission is not working. I asked him whether it is under warranty or not, but he said it is not. After that he told me he will find another used one and replace it for cost of $1500. I told him to hold on and researched around. Next day I called the Honda dealer and get to know it is under power train warranty. Then I called the service person and asked him I want to tow my car from his garage. He told me he has already opened my car engine. I argued with him why he did so without my permission, but he kept on arguing and threatening me if I dont give him $500 he will not put it back. Then next day I went to his garage and told him I will pay him only the inspection fee and he should put back everything as it is. But he is still arguing and not putting things together.Today morning I paid him 200$ just to tow away my car by my insurance after lots of argument and took it to the Honda dealership. They diagnosed my car and let me know that the CVT transmission is absolutely fine the only thing the fluid was leaking through the lose cap. They fixed the car in 20 mins and didnt charge me anything as it was under power train warranty. I thought to share with you as I dont want anyone else will be cheated by them again.

I had my fuel change at this shop and got my car back next day, my wife drove it on her way home from this shop. She heard splashing noise on the bottom of the car . Bottom engine splash shield partially came off- We brought it back to this Shop and explained the issue. They lifted the car and indeed the Engine Splash shield came loose and we saw oil leaking on the transmission- They insist we ran on something and the flat ring is broken. they will not admit that its a sloppy technician who just performed fuel changes on the very same day we got the car out of the shop. They replaced engine splash shield but we ended up paying for it. I will not do any more business with this company thats totally dishonest.You dont want to be taken advantage with this Auto shop.
