They did a great job to fix my washer machine. My machine is not a popular model, and its very hard to find the parts and instructions. They spent quite a time working on my machine patiently, and did a great job. I really appreciate it.

Unique Appliance was great! Vladimir was professional, personable, knowledgeable and on time. Even when I wasn’t. I was delayed at work and he patiently waited until I got home. This is the second time I have used Unique Appliance (two different appliance issues). I am happy with their work and the results. I will continue to use them if something comes up in the future.

I was nervous because my home warranty always sends out horrible contractors. I was pleasantly surprised with unique appliance repair. They came out quickly, immediately diagnosed the issue with my fridge and fixed it. They might need more help in the front office. They’re not great about picking up the phone, but they do a great job in the repairs!

Our old fridge in our rental wasnt getting cool anymore so our property manager got us in touch with these guys. When it comes to food going bad in your fridge, you want to feel like there is some kind of sense of immediacy and I definitely felt that with this company. I called around noon to let my property managers know the problem, and I was contacted within the hour and had techs in my home that afternoon. Unfortunately, as expected, this fridge is garbage and will need to be replaced altogether. However, the thing that impressed me was how professional and honest these guys were. Instead of trying to charge for a quick fix for something that is basically unsalvageable and would be impractical to repair, they were up front about the situation and simply let us know it was time to get a new fridge, and billed our property managers the minimum amount for their visit.

When the freezer section of our large GE Monogram refrigerator had condensation issues and then kept completely freezing everything inside I called Ultimate Appliance Repair. Vladimir came the next morning at the agreed upon time to check out the situation. He sorted out the cause within a few minutes and ordered parts. The repairs were done promptly and professionally. We have had some other issues with the refrigerator and Vladimir has always taken care of them. I highly recommend Ultimate Appliance Repair and will continue to use them if needed in the future.

I just had my 3 appliances repair today by Vladimir from Unique Appliance Repair. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He came to the first estimate to diagnosis of the problem with my appliances, he was able to figured out the problem pretty much right away. I had a leaky dishwasher and the door that refused to stay shut, the oven fan was making lots of noise and the clothes washer electronic dial was stuck on one setting. After the parts came a few days later he came out to replaced the broken parts, put everything back as it was found super smooth and fast. He tested the appliances to make sure they work before leaving. Im SUPER HAPPY with the speedy services that was provided. My wash machine has not worked for 5 weeks. After 4 visits with 2 companies (that couldnt fix it), Unique Appliance repair was here for 20 minutes and found the problem and fixed my washer within the hour. Kudos for them and I will call them FIRST in the future. Many thanks.
