Service person did a complete diagnostic on our dishwasher and discovered the heating element went out. The dishwasher is almost 15 years old but matches our other appliances and otherwise works well. They ordered a part which arrived in two days and installed it, dishwasher works likes new again for under 300 parts and labor. Great overall customer service.

I have had problems with many of the appliance repair companies over the past but not this one. I was so pleased that my Whirlpool dishwasher was able to be fixed without any hassle.
