Peter was flexible and worked with my schedule. he came out a day or two after I called. he came out and was honest in his opinion and told me it would be money better spent to replace dishwasher than to fix it. High 5 to honest people!!

These guys were quick to reply and provided me with great advice on the phone - several times. I will call them without hesitation when I need something done at my home.

My Dishwasher was having major problems and wouldnt finish a cycle or clean dishes. Being fairly handy I gave it a shot myself and even put in a new drain pump and cleaned out the discharge line which made it work for a while but it finally stopped. I gave up and called in this company. They made it out within a few hours and Mike diagnosed the problem (clogged air gap) within a few minutes. Nice thing was he stayed around to make sure the machine would go through the cycle and the soap dish would open (part of the issue). good service.

So my refrigerator was not cooling the food and so I had to call a technician to come out to diagnose and fix the darn thing. I came upon this company hoping they could do it. Mike came over within a couple hours and was able to diagnose the problem, ordered the replacement part for the next day and came by with it. He installed it and my fridge was working again. Exceptional service! The dryer in our building went kaput and we opted to repair it rather than replace it.
