Tom was great. He helped me troubleshoot my ice maker issue over the phone - after regular business hours on a Friday no less - and when that didnt yield satisfactory results, he came out on Monday and fixed the issue. The service charge was very reasonable and having ice again...priceless. Will definitely use Tom again; hes a straight shooter and charges fair prices.

Tom was great. Showed up on time, and this guy really knows his stuff! I think $65 for a diagnostic service call is very reasonable, especially if you get a top quality person who responds.Im probably going to get a new fridge, but its because of the good information I got from Tom.I highly recommend him!

Tom is very experienced and knowledgeable. Another technician told us our washer couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. Tom understood what was wrong, took the part with him and now it’s working great! He’s also punctual and has high integrity. Don’t look any further: he’s the best!

Tom is the owner and the technician. His work is quality and his price is fair. Hes repaired my washer on two occasions (2 separate issues). Each repair is quick and complete. Typically he has the part on hand (since he knows common issues so well) and he guarantees his work.

The door seal failed on my stand-alone freezer and the contents were defrosting and Tom was kind enough to add me to his schedule for the same day and arrived a few hours later. He was able to reset the seal and adjust the alignment and the door again closed properly. The following day it seemed the freezer was not as cold as it should be and when I called him, he again agreed to come out later that day, at no additional charge. In the meantime at his suggestion, we emptied the freezer and noticed an ice build-up in the bottom so unplugged it to defrost. Tom mopped up the water and tested various parts and said everything was working fine and that it should now get colder as the ice had been blocking the venting which probably caused the door seal blow-out. He was right and now all is well. Lesson learned not to pack the freezer so full. I would use Life-Long/Tom again without hesitation.

Long life has done two repairs for us. He fixed our refrigerator, and went the extra mile while doing it. He fixed some loose sheet metal that was causing a lot of noise as well as the problem we called him for, a broken temperature controller. Today he fixed our washer. The agitator had stopped turning after a loud noise. He is prompt, repairs appliances quickly, and charges reasonable rates. Were glad to know we can call him when we have something break down!
