We have a Dacor range and the ovens door got jammed and it wouldnt open. We called the factory authorized company (still have to do some background check on them..) and repair person quoted me some astronomical price! Their rep told me that I had to replace the main control board, latches, switch, and other misc. items.............. the quote was almost the price of a brand new range!!!In addition to that, scheduling an appointment just to have someone inspect it was a nightmare with the factory repair contractor.We ended up looking for more reliable company and found this online. Reached out to them on a Saturday around 12 PM, and their repair person showed up at 3 PM and quickly diagnosed it as just a bad door latch. He ordered the part and came back the following week to service. My oven was repaired and functioning 100% again just for a fraction of what Dacor rep quoted!!Great customer service and knowledge repair person!

My first experience with this place and I cant believe how much of a scam it has been.The repair person came to fix my furnace and spent an hour here working on it and making calls about it. After the examination, I paid $60 and was given a quote of $635 to repair it. I told the person that a brand new one from Home Depot costs exactly $670, so why would I pay that? The response was, you have to factor in the install cost of the new unit.A day later I had a plumber out working on a completely unrelated issue and let him know about the furnace issue. He told me he could take a look at it after he finished and Im glad he did. In less then 10 seconds of opening in the furnace door he said the thermostat wire is disconnected from the furnace, popped the 2 together, and immediately the furnace was back online. I couldnt believe it.A few days later I got a call from the company letting me know that they would shave a few bucks off the quote to repair it. I couldnt believe my ears. I let them know about the fix and I did receive an apology, but the damage was done. I was told that next time any event would be elevated to and advanced tech which was another complete insult. A proper apology would include the original $60 I was scammed from in the first place.I work as an independent contractor and my motto has always been, if I cant fix it, you dont pay. And if its out of my area of expertise Ill tell you right away and try to point you in the right direction. This is obviously far from what Garant believes in. I would suggest finding another local company as this one is only out for your $.______________________________________Update:A manager has reached out and was very apologetic about the whole incident. He seemed very sincere and returned the $60 for the service call. I never asked for it back as it was in the terms of the service call so I appreciate it. He also mentioned that he has taken action to prevent similar incidents. Its just a shame 2 other people on the team tried to take advantage of the situation.

On Sunday, my fridge completely broke down. I was worried about it given that it was a weekend. The guy came in shortly (1-2hrs) after I called. Great service & the fix only costed $80. Can’t beat that

So, I woke up with a disturbing noise coming from my laundry room and came to realize my washer was acting up. I was just about to buy a new one when my husband told me to call a repair company. I called this company because their add came up on google. I was very hesitant because I saw not so good review but I needed someone right away because I had so much laundry to get done. I took a chance and I honestly do not regret it. I feel like people like to complain anywhere they can so I wanna give credit where its due. They came out took a quick look and instantly knew what to do. I had the part ordered and it took about 3 hours to arrive. He came back and had the thing fixed. My clothes are now clean so overall I am a satisfied customer.

They say they are Miele authorized and they are NOT. Told me I needed an entire new relay board for $2000. I then found out Miele has their own repair techs. He came out and repaired the limiter for $190. Oven works great.They are definitely nit to be trusted. Do not use.

DO NOT USE! I paid $235 in connection with a repair and they just kept pushing the date out. They had no intention of actually completing the repair.When I requested a refund after 2 weeks, they sent a screen print of an incomplete transaction, not an actual receipt. I still have not received any money back.Also, my tenant who met the repair tech said he was creepy and unprofessional.All around terrible.

Meir is an amazing technician. He knows his stuff. He came same day and was able to get our Samsung refrigerator cooling well enough to hold us over until the parts came in. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know. We have never had such a professional and knowledgeable technician come to our house before. He took off his shoes at the door, and laid out a folding table to keep all of his tools and equipment on. Meir is very knowledgeable and even gave us advice on another appliance rather than charging us for something that wasnt. These folks deserve five stars!

My refrigerator doesnt work properly recently. They sent repair person, Oscar, to my house within one hour after I called, and pinpointed the problem within half hour. He is very nice, and worked very efficiently. Once he got part the other day, he came back and fixed it very quickly even he had to take refrigerator apart and put them back together. Amazing service! Price is reasonable too.

BEWARE Theses guys are a total rip off and beyond rude. Took a $200 deposit and then ignored my calls for a week, after I finally got a hold of them I was told the parts for my fridge dont exist. They refused to give me my money back and even hung up on me! Beach boy appliances are in the same area and do a great and honest job.

After calling this company I was able to schedule my repair for the same day. The technician, Oscar, quickly found the problem and bought all necessary items to complete the repair. The price was extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies who I contacted earlier and it also closely matched the dispatchers approximation. Furthermore, the technician also checked all my other appliances to make sure that they were working fine. Highly recommend!

Awesome service!My bosch dishwasher was not draining. I wrote requests for my problem. Most companies have assured me that I need to replace the drain pump and the price for everything will be 260-385, depending on the price of the drain pump.Alex responded quickly, he told me that he need to make a diagnostic first before giving me a quote. He convinced me that he always tries to save his customers money, so I believed him and made an appointment.On the same day tech Paul came and found a small piece of glass in the drain-line which apparently chipped off from some of my dishes. Paul explained to me that this splinter blocked the pump blades and therefore the machine didnt work.Paul fixed my dishwasher in 15 minutes and charged only $49 for a service fee, and informed me that this work was not worth more than the price of the initial check up.I had a great experience with this company and am so happy to have chosen them! Ill recommend them to my friends!Definitely 5* STARS!!!

My moms dryer started making a crazy loud squeaking noise on Saturday morning, so I was looking for someone in our neighborhood, who could assist with a timely manner. Honesty, I was pretty surprised how prompt they are. We had their technician ringing our door bell in less than one hour.. really impressive or we just got lucky? The results - this is only what really matter, and... Sergio just breathed life for our seven years old dryer! It just running, literally, like a brand new one! I like the way they operate, in a couple of days, they followed up to make sure, that our dryer working just fine, which I really appreciate. Thank you guys!P.S.: almost forgot! I would highly recommend Michael as a knowledgeable and attentive to details technician. When our washing machine stopped working, we were able to get an appointment scheduled within 24 hours. Michael arrived promptly and was able to replace a bad drain pump that same day. His charge was very reasonable, and our machine is working perfectly.

Our five years old LG washer suddenly refused to work, it just stopped washing in the middle of the cycle and after all of our attempts, it would not get started. Their tech Kosta showed on time and pretty fast diagnosed the problem. At least it was just a broken door latch. Long story short, we liked their price and he was able to come back later afternoon with the part, replaced it and then ran a couple of cycles. So far so good, our washer working just perfectly. Once again, thank you for your great service, from now one you in my favorite list.

Repairman by the name of Vlad came out and said our dryer was perfectly fine. Completely BS. Still doesnt work. The guy did absolutely nothing and couldnt speak English. Paid $49 for nothing. Waste of time. It seemed like the guy didnt know what he was doing and decided to just call it quits and leave me with a service charge.On another note, their dispatch center said the repairman would call 30 min prior to arrival. That never happened.

Oscar was very friendly, knowledge and incredibly efficient. I called their company on a holiday and we got service the next day. He fixed our dryer that wouldnt get starting. I couldnt be happier with the service we got and the price! 100% would recommend them!

BEWARE! I dont know if these guys are a scam, or just incredibly incompetent. I had them come out to determine if my washing machine was draining properly ($50). The next day a technician shows up, and I explained the problem again. 3 hours later, he comes out to tell me I owe them $500+ for parts and service to re-calibrate the tub, and to fix the latch that no longer locks (it worked fine 5 minutes before he showed up).He also told me he couldnt stop the lights from blinking and that the machine wont run. Meanwhile, he never even told me what the deal was with the drain! I refused to pay, kicked him out, and called the company. They told me they would be willing to fix everything for $300, and again, had no diagnosis for the drain. What?!! I called Premier Appliance Repair instead, and they came out for $40 to take a look two days later. In the meantime, I went online and found out that the blinking lights just means I need to reset the computer using a couple of codes. Two seconds later, it works fine again. Premier Appliance came out and said there was nothing wrong with the drain. And even though the tub was a little off-balance, it wasnt causing any problems. I gave him his $40, and the end. WTH!!

We had a great communication from initial email to text message 30 mins before arrival. San Diego Appliance Repair company was able to fix my GE cooktop on the day, as their tech Paul had the spare part in the truck. Half the price of the manufacturer and came out within 24 hrs. SUPERB WORK!

Appliance Repair San Diego is the best. I called on Monday evening and got an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. The owner, showed up on time and quickly repaired my oven. I will definitely call him again if I need any other appliance repairs. Hes the best.

Paul was very efficient and helpful. He discovered a kinked hose on our KitchenAid dishwasher and easily fixed it by widening the opening under the sink cabinet. So far our dishwasher works just great, also Paul gave us some value pointers on how keep the dishshawer in tip-top shape.

Not a great experience.... said they would charge $59.99 service charge to look at my leaking refrigerator, but if the repair was made by them they would add the service charge towards the repair. The technician didnt speak English and when I kept telling him (and pointing) where the problem was he didnt listen or didnt understand and went thru his own check list and dismantled my entire refrigerator and said no find leak THEN I pulled out a drawer under the water filter and showed him a large layer of ice in between the fridge and the bottom freezer.... He said ok melt that and youll be fine. Charged me $195 and I gave a check and a $20 tip (for some reason I do this). The $59.99 stayed on my CC and when I complained they said oh no the bill was actually $250... THE TECH NEVER SAID THAT.... He said the TOTAL amount was $195. Uggghh.I do feel good that he did go thru everything so now I know for sure there is no leak. But honestly I ended up fixing it myself in the end.... I wont call these guys again.

Technician Bruce was very courteous and knowledgeable, in addition to that and probably they most importantly he was trustworthy! My Samsung electrical dryer was repaired at the same visit. If Id need any more repairs, I will be using only this company.

Gene was very helpful and very understanding. I was told by Alex in the call center that he might need to order parts, which he had to. I put down a deposit and a few days later he was out a few days later with the part. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family!

My stacked Frigidaire dryer stopped working and I was literally one step away to have it replaced... but I decided to give it a shot and to have someone to come out over here to check my dryer firstly. San Diego Appliance had a service technician at my home the same day. And honestly we were suprised and impressed how great the technician was! He quicky determined what was wrong with the dryer and had it up and running in less than 50 mins!! The price was reasonable and waaaay more cheaper than buying a new appliance, thats for sure!
