I had a nice experience working with Harbor Appliance. My GE dryer stopped working. Firstly I called GE and they told me the drive belt was broken. GE charged me quite a bit for the labor so I contacted Harbor Appliance. Rafael came and inspected the dryer carefully. He found that it is the broken Idler arm that cut the belt. I am very glad that he caught this broken part and replaced it. Otherwise, the new belt will be cut soon. My overall impression, they are professional and reliable. The service is punctual. They charge less than GE and act much faster than GE. If you are looking for a reliable repair service, I recommend Harbor Appliance.

I had a very positive experience with Harbor Appliance Repair yesterday. I called for an appointment in the morning and my dryer was fixed by mid-afternoon. Raphael was the service technician who performed the work and he was great; very efficient, polite, knowledgable, and prompt. The price was very reasonable. Don’t be fooled with the reviews on google! I hired this company through my HomeDepo repair plan to fix a problem with my range. They came out and verified that I indeed had a problem, but since the range was still operable for now, they decided to arbitrarily close the case, after of course collecting there entire fee!

Rafael came to work on my broken Whirlpool dishwasher. He is a quiet, introspective guy, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly (broken motor). He showed me the cost of a new motor plus the service fee, and the best option for me was to simply purchase a new dishwasher. Rafael found another quality Whirlpool dishwasher for me at his store that was at least 10% less than the same model at Home Depot or Lowes (and they were having a Memorial Day sale). It was delivered and installed within a few hours on the same day. I was very happy with the price and fast resolution to the matter.

They do the best work. Very good rates. He knows what he is doing and is very responsive. Raphael has done several jobs for our home. All with excellent results!!

This company was extremely fast in responding to fixing my broken refrigerator and freezer. Technician called to see if OK for him to come a day earlier than agreed upon date. He was on time, courteous, clean and repaired both the refrigerator and freezer in less than an hour! I was extremely happy and will use them again whenever I can!

Horrible experience!!!!. Do not recommend for fixing high end GE Refrigerators!!!!. I was charged for the repair that failed after 1 wk. The technician paid me back 40% of the money I paid him. He refused to refund me my money and was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I called GE and they stated the repair work was not the correct repair. I learned my lesson. I will always call the manufacturer for any repair job!!!

What a rude technician. He was assigned by first American home warranty to fix my fridge in 24 hours since my case was urgent. When I called him to follow up he told me that he will call me in 2 days to set up an appointment. When I told him that I was told he needs to come over sooner he got ready mad over the phone and told me to never call him. 🤔 don’t deal with this terrible company
