To whomever was driving car #19075 on 2/19/2020: you are driving a car covered in your companys logo and you still drive recklessly? This driver was speeding around the Point Loma/Liberty Station area driving around cars at stops, and speeding through areas heavily populated with pedestrians (mostly kids from High Tech High).
