My A.C. went out Saturday night so I thought it would be nearly impossible to get someone out here on a Sunday morning to get checked out. I take care of my 90 yr old grandmother so it was urgent that wed have it fixed right away. Sunday morning we get in contact with Francisco. He was here within half an hour on a SUNDAY. This man went above and beyond! Very informative and made us feel like we were in good hands. He had us up and running within the hour. Our home is cool and my grandmother is safe. On the installation day the installation team arrived on time, set up inside and outside in a way to least disturb me and my neighbors. The installation supervisor explained what was happening during the course of the day. The entire installation team was friendly, professional, and courteous.After the job was completed, the team cleaned everything and left no trace they had been there. A checklist was completed by the installation supervisor and reviewed with me to ensure my complete satisfaction. Jason was very helpful in explaining what our HVAC unit needed to keep the exhaust coils clean. We didn’t feel good about spending the amount needed too have the work done, but decided it was best in the long run. Jason is very personable and charismatic and we enjoyed the conversation we had with him. We felt he was a very honest technician and an asset to your company.

Jason was very knowledgeable and very good at explaining all my options of repairing vs. replacing my 11 year old air conditioner. He provided pictures which were appreciated since my unit is on the roof. He also worked to provide me with several options/discounts that reduced the overall price. Inspection was on the same day I called and replacement was scheduled for the following day ... a Saturday! Nice job!

My phone call on a Sunday night was returned within 30 minutes. I received a phone call at 6:30a.m. the next morning to schedule a service time. We had our AC and Heat unit installed a couple months ago, and all seems to be working fine. The price was competitive, and the install team, the technicians were great. There was a slight hiccup in the install, as the existing plenum was too small to fit the coil, but the guys put in all they could on day one, and were back with a custom made plenum to finish the job a few days later (no extra charges either). The system is working well when needed. Great job HVAC San Diego King!

I understand that problems happen, sometimes beyond our control, and how this company dealt with it shows that they live their values. He dispatched the next available technician who arrived within 90 minutes.Gerardo, our technician, was wonderful. He was professional and even put on booties and a floor covering to make sure our floor stayed clean. He was extremely thorough and explained everything. Although he did not have the part we needed, he found a solution so we had our heat restored and will be back to finalize our repair once the part is ordered.We are fans of HSDK because they know how to treat customers.

Excellent service and extremely competent people at this company! Francisco was the third HVAC contractor that I contacted. The other two casually inspected the AC and gave me insane quotes (one suggested that I change the entire AC unit at a cost of $4K). Francisco spent time trying to figure out what was really going on with the AC. It turns out the unit was fine, but extreme condensation in the attic was tripping a safety switch. Yes, diagnosing this involved going to the attic, which the other two guys did not do. Anyways, the repair was extremely simple, the unit is working great (I waited one month before posting this review), and Francisco is my go-to guy for future AC repairs. Very knowledgeable, and hard working... highly recommended!

Francisco spent 2 hours at my place. Replaced capacitor and added coolant but ultimately determined theres a problem with my coil/unit itself that will ultimately need replacing to fix my sort of functioning A/C. Only charged me for the visit-$60.

This company is very dishonest, one of their drivers him my car by backing out of a drive way right next to their business, his name is Donny Wise, he was very aggressive and wanted to leave after the accident I finally got him to give me his information but I was in shock and didnt realize he didnt provide the insurance carrier, this was last Friday around 5pm. When I call the company on Saturday morning I talk to a Matthew he was insisting on coming to my house to see the damage of my car but I didnt allow him, he called several times after leaving me aggressive messages. Finally got the insurance carrier from a receptionist on Monday and file a claim I just heard from the Adjuster from Farmers Insurance and they are denying my claim they are lying to get away with it. Very dishonest!
