Jason came out to do an estimate for a ductless AC unit. He took the time to answer all our questions and made suggestions about where to place the unit. He was really helpful and great to work with. He also came out to do the install and worked so hard in the scorching heat to not only install the unit but to make sure all the outside components looked sleek and matched the siding. Ive had a total of three different employees from Kings Heating & Air Conditioning Co. work at my house so far on different projects and all three were really great!

The technician, Jason, arrived in a timely manner (service was on August 25), cleaned the air handler thoroughly (which was a challenge, given that I hadnt changed the air filter in ... NEVER MIND!), and made recommendations for improving the unit, including a link to website to order more filters. It was a very competent job done at a reasonable price.

Kings specialists finished a job for us this past week and we couldnt be more satisfied with their work. They replaced our old existing ducts and cut new registers & installed new ducts to provide centralized heat to the entire house. The team was courteous, professional, and thoroughly explained everything. Excellent experience and excellent results.

Finding a quality HVAC company in the heat of summer in the deep south, especially as a woman running a small business, can be an overwhelming task. Im grateful to Jason for being prompt, professional, educational and non-judgmental. It has been a struggle to find techs that are flaky, disdainful and condescending. And dont get me started on cost! But for 3 years theyve consistently helped me out and chilled my kitchen all while being decent people. Will call again.

We had an issue with condensation dripping out of a valve to our outside wall. The tech arrived and went straight to work. He said he thought it may be overflow, which it was. The AC pipe that linked to our plumbing was blocked. He managed to unblock the pipe and stop the condensation dripping through the valve at our side wall. He was very professional and had all the safety protocols in place. We have been with this company for nearly 10 years. They have always given amazing customer service on the phone and in person.

Terrible service.I had no hot water (for an elderly person) for 2 days waiting for service.I was charged ahead of the appointment, waited ALL DAY and the technician NEVER showed.When I called the next day I was told they would call later with a new time-slot availability and they HUNG UP on me without any further assistance.
