Lee is a great mechanic but the person at the front office- I guess the owners son..should get some training in customer service. They took my car in for a few hours to get work which would have been covered by my warranty company but called me and said they don’t want to do the paperwork. Were you guys sleeping when you took the car from me ?

My family is very happy with their work and charges also. We get oil changes on all cars, AC issues and brakes issues etc done from them. This was my favorite shop for a long time until recently. I called to have some work done before leaving town for a week and I was told that a week was too long and that I would only have 48 hours to pick up my car if it was repaired there. When I mentioned that this didnt used to be an issue and that I was a regular, the gentleman on the phone told me, Rules change, man..I respect that, but there are at least 5 other repair shops on that same road who dont randomly change their rules. Fay and ray. The only thing keeping them from 5 starts is they were not clear how long it was going to take so my first appointment was canceled due to being too late in the day.

I made an appointment to have my wifes bumper replaced and painted. They did a fantastic job. They said it would take 3 days and they had it done in 2.5 days. Color matched perfectly, and they even washed the car. Friendly and professional.

I called on Friday to see if I needed an appointment for Saturday and the man that picked up the phone said to just be in early. I was there 30 minutes before they opened. When I arrived there was construction trash in front of the office door. At 9am, opening time, the owner showed up and said they are closed. I dont get it because they had mechanics there. Nothing posted on the door and nothing on their google info. Wasted my time and didnt even apologize. I will never go back.

They have a customer for life. I came in with a problem with my car, turns out that it was a different issue than had been diagnosed elsewhere. They took care of me and my car in one of the most stressful periods of my life, went above and beyond, and are the only reason I will be able to get my kids to school come Monday morning. From the wonderful woman running the show in front, to the hard working mechanics in back, I highly recommend this auto repair center to anyone and everyone.

Ive never been treated so respectfully by an auto mechanic before. I would recommend this place to everyone! We drive from Cardiff to use this mechanic because we have such a good relationship with the people here.

They do good work for reasonable cost. They do repairs as well as body work. Both they do well.Front office can be bit informal about times and schedules but given the price they chrage, I cant complain.

I brought my car in and they looked at it and gave me a quote and told me I would need to wait a week for a part to be order and they would call me when its in. Okay sure no problem.I dont hear back for a week and I call them back. They say the part is there and to bring the car in. I bring it in and they say the price is actually double what they quoted me without even looking at it again.I will not be going back and recommend you stay away

Good, fast services and honest car repair shop. They are very reasonable price and would not fix anything unless it is necessay.

Went for a 60k service here. The car engine was misfiring terribly once i picked it up. Never happened before. At least the shop owner took the car in, debugged it for 2 days, no cost to me. The problem went away on its own. But still very rarely i see the problem. Never going back here.

There are not honest .My friend take car to them for check engine light On, inspect car told her need water pomp and Radiator also camshaft sensor need to replace.Estimate total cost over $700 .I went with her I look at the car and I see doesn’t need radiator and water pump is fine and they already change a camshaft sensor and charge her over $210 .I did call for a camshaft sensor cost only $60,
