I do recommend. Fast and literally take walk ins. Thats what we needed, an oil change quickly and same day and thats what we good.

Firstly Id like to say that employees and information updates where superb.Everything else however felt like I was being scammed. I went to get a inspection and repair done for my car door and new tires. I was informed that after an inspection I would be informed of issues related to the vehicle and choice of tires to be put on.The next day I was recommend to get the most expensive replacements for items I replaced as recently as 2 months ago *see below*. and that I would need to replace my battery soon. This and they had already put on the most expensive tires they had in stock.After talking and asking for a cheaper tires they didnt have anything other then the one original 130$ tires, but they did offer a realignment to make it up for not talking about it prior. Which was niceUpon receiving my vehicle back my battery was dead, multiple lights on my dashboard. They offered to Jumpstart my car which I am thankful for.Drove to Walmart bought a new 3yr battery with warranty for 80$ had it put in within 10 mins.I recommend going elsewhere*picture below includes prices for recommended items offered For 2018 kia rio, if you have time google replacements parts and you can see that items offered are on the high end*Items already replaced/service within 3ish monthsCabin air filter & transmission fluid.

Been going to Firestone for the past 3 years for my wife’s car and my own. Never had a bad experience with them especially when Paul is taking care of us. That man needs a promotion.

Came here to get my truck fixed, ‘06 Ridgeline. Power steering pump was shot and needed to be replaced. They got the job done but what impressed me was their professionalism and honesty. While working on my truck they damaged the front left CV assembly. They informed me about it and replaced it free of charge. I doubt many auto shops out there would be so forthcoming. They didn’t hide the error or pretend that they found a new problem. They just fixed it.Professional service. I found my go to shop for all my auto repair needs
I usually prefer to work on my car myself but when i want it professionally done i bring it to them. They do great service and are not out to break your wallet. Recommend anybody in Camp Pendleton to bring your cars with them.

Firestone is great however, a Bridgestone delivery truck at 10:45 am on 2/26/20 tore down a section of a gate at our Military Child Development Center. The driver got out of the truck, assessed thr damamages and proceeded to drive off. We have video footage however no one at Bridgestone/Firestone corporate office will help me track down the driver. I have the delivery time and the location however, the said they could not help me if I could not give a license plate. ( could not see it on video )Thank God children were not on the playground. The gate was a playground gate that now exposes the children to rough terrain, wild life and the 5 freeway so needless to say, we had to closed down tbe playground. My concern is today a gate, tomorrow a human. And he would just drive off

I never expected this level of service from an auto shop, much less a franchise tire dealer. Greatly exceeds expectations!

Not saying that Firestone in general is garbage, but this location here definitely is, especially with the owner they have, I believe her name Is Cassandra. They lack time management, they took 4 full days to do ball joints and tie rods on my truck after originally telling me I could pick it up the same day I dropped it off. The owners excuse when I called on the second day was there are only so many hours in the day and we are swamped. Well thats why I made an appointment maam.. The only person I give credit to for being a genuine guy is Daniel. He was the one who actually showed concern for my issue.About 6 months ago I came here for an oil change as well, and they misquoted me initially for the price, and when I picked it up i checked the oil and it was overfilled by nearly 3 qts. I highly recommend everyone to find a different place for your automotive needs. This place is not worth the headache. Fix your business Cassandra!
Got my appointment and looking forward to finally getting the repair done.
They set me an appointment only to come back the next day and wait for 30min before they even started patching my tire. Not to mention $27.00 for a patch
Went in for 4 new tires and an alignment. Walked in to drop the car off and deliver the keys a little before 9 and no one was at the front counter. Stood there for probably 10 minutes until I saw two people talking in the back. One made eye contact with me and continued to talk anyways. Then they told me I could pick the car up any time after 4pm. Got the car back at 415 and they told my wife they didn’t have time to get the alignment done.
Polite staff, but it should never take more than an hour for an oil change when I was already told before beginning any task that my car service could be done on the spot.

No a bad place, they just lack time management skills. I dropped my car off at 11 a.m called at 3 to check the status and they had just out it on the lift. Why set an appointment if they take 3 hours to do a simple oil change
A little expensive but what it is what it is. The team is Professional, understanding, and they help out any way they can with their recommendations and advise. Not to mention the warrantees are absolutely worth it!
Super helpful with getting new tires on my Ranger. Helped me out with discounts and stuff, staff seemed really interested in helping me out.
Got a whole set of new tires from there about a year ago and the 2 sets had to get the tire valves replaced within 3 months. 6 months later the back 2 tire valves need replacing and one tire is damages so I replace it no questions asked. 1 month later and again the air is leaking so I call to book an appointment. Tech said they have an appoint that same day during my lunch hour and can get me in and out and transfers me over to ashlin so she can put me down. Well 10 minutes later and I still cant get a hold of her and Im at work so I hang up. Get there at 12 and they cant see me because they have no availability and ashlin doesnt even acknowledge the fact that i called that or check to see with her tech to see if there was miscommunication. Drove all the way to the laguna hills location the next day and they fit me right. Apparently this location has a hard time installing tires because the valves have to be replaced all the time due to their mistakes. Dont waste your time here

Overpriced, and lost my socket key for my lug nuts. So now Im driving around with 4 lugs on both front tires. They made it seem like I didnt havent but I know for a fact it was in my car and now it is gone. In the processes they destroyed my 2 key lugs.

The candor and advice that both the manager, Ashlin ELEY, her technician, Paul, and staff provided me was honest, spot on, and straight to the point in terms I easily understood. Honesty is gold. I know cars and have had to deal with mechs and techs that try to sell me services I dont need, like an engine air filter which I had just replaced myself, and a few other things on top of rushed sloppy work. Dealing with Ashlinn and Paul was such a godsend! They are THOROUGH and caught things that the other repair place did not. With Ashlinn and Paul, I know theyre about getting my car fixed, not cashed out. Even though it takes me an hour to drive the additional 54 miles beyond the OTHER dealership to Ashlinn and Pauls Camp Pendleton Firestone Autocare, Ill be bringing my car there from now on. Ashlinn and Paul are people I can ACTUALLY TRUST. I wont take my car maintenance anywhere else. If you have access to the base, I highly recommend bringing your car for maintenance to Ashlinn and Pauls FIRESTONE on Basilone Road.
Ive brought my cars that have both needed tires here. In July 2015 I brought in my 1978 Datsun 280Z for BFGoodrich radial tires and full replacement on all brakes components, which I was really surprised they were able to get parts for. I believe it only took two days. They also allowed me to go into the shop and check under the car while it was on the lift to look for rust (since I had only purchased it recently).More recently I brought in my VW Bug for tires and it also had a weird shaking/clunking going on in the back, and they fixed that for me for free, just some issue from the previous owner.
Extremely slow service is typical. Made an appointment that they failed to enter into the system despite being confirmed more than once. If you cant handle appointment scheduling, you probably cant handle routine auto service.
Everytime I walk in the store the guy behind the counter with his lack of confidence and knowledge single handedly drives me out of the store every single time. I have been the store 4 times now and have yet to let them touch my vehicle. I wouldnt let this place change my shoe let alone my oil. have a better chance of dropping my car off at daycare and getting stuff done faster and better. not only are they overpriced but there not very smart. seek service somewhere else
Wouldn’t recommend taking anything here. They’ll use the wrong parts and have your vehicle for days for a job that should take half a day. It took the manager of O’Reilly’s to actually figure out the issue and lead them in the right direction.
