Franks seems to be the best auto-mechanic in town!! These guys seriously helped me out so much. And not only that but they were incredibly nice the entire time. I was in a tough bind with an unfortunate car issue with a tight time crunch.It was a friday afternoon on Good Friday. Franks pre-ordered 3 parts for me before I even took my car in. I got it back the next day which was Saturday. Franks was the only place open Saturday which was soooo helpful! I dont know what I would have done without them!

What a great experience at Franks Auto Service today! My car was damaged underneath by a bump on the toll road today on my way to San Diego! Pulled over and searched for Local Auto Repair! Love a family owned business, so called and received courteous service from Dan Cespedes over the phone and in person! Come on in he says on a Saturday morning and we will help you! They did, and I had the honor of meeting Frank, great man and he chooses wonderful business associates to help! Professional, helpful, courteous people! These guys don’t know Subarus. It took an entire month to get my head gasket redone, which they didn’t want to do in the first place. When they finally got the car back to me, I didn’t have any issues, which is the only reason I’m not rating this with one star.
