Id like to give a big thank you to the Star Tech mechanics, great work guys! No longer will I be bound to the Mercedes dealership and their unbelievably high prices. And last Id like to say thank you to Max! I appreciate your honesty. Your high moral values saved me unnecessary work done to my car which also saved me money. Max gets it done

Oh the joys of failing to pass smog check. When the garage that tested my 2004 BMW shared this news, they estimated repairs costs w/b around $600. Wanting a second opinion, I took it into Star Tech. First, I was impressed with how clean their garage is and appreciated that Marty took the time to thoroughly explain their process and philosophy; fix the smaller/cheaper items first, then test again to ensure the Co2 sensors were legitimately failing, which they were, so I left it for the $$$ repair. Within minutes, Max called to report they determined my car has a special extended factory warranty for the emission system covering 15 yrs. or 150,000 miles; meaning the costly Co2 repairs would be FREE at an authorized BMW dealership.I was BLOWN AWAY... I had no idea my car had super extended warranty. Heck, even the smog mechanic admitted hed never heard of such a thing when I took it back for the cert. Seriously.Star Tech has earned my undying loyalty for the level of integrity they demonstrated by, A) making the effort to look up the VIN #, and; B) telling me to get it fixed FREE, elsewhere. This is what I call OUTSTANDING Customer Service! Were it possible, Id give them 10 Stars!

Horrible customer service!..I called to get information about my vehicle and asked to speak with Max. The gentleman that answered the phone rudely said he was not available and hung up!?...I called back and was placed on hold for over 6min?. All I wanted was to get information about my vehicle?...
