I talked with a number of installers regarding siding work at my home. When I met Chris, the owner at Bluebonnet Exteriors, I knew right away that I wanted him to do the work. He was familiar with Hardie products and installation techniques. He began with the end in mind: to ensure that the manufacturer’s warranty would be in place at the conclusion of the job.As I was getting bids, I had a general concern that the siding clearances between the chimney, roof, and kick-out flashing would not be done correctly. I was afraid that water inadvertently would be directed behind the siding or under the shingles. I quickly realized that attention to this (and other details) was an everyday thing for Chris and his crew.I have a one-story home, three sides brick, with siding on the back. The bid included 100% tear-off of existing siding, with a check of the underlying framing. Then OSB was applied, followed by Hardie Wrap. Hardie Trim and Siding were thoughtfully and meticulously applied. Literally, every piece was individually measured. Finally, the paint crew caulked, primed, and painted. At the conclusion of the job, a home inspector certified that things were done properly.Work was nicely done, and I highly recommend Bluebonnet Exteriors.

These guys did a Hardie plank siding install on my house and I couldnt be happier. They not only did a fantastic job but kept the jobsite clean and completed everything according to manufacturers specs. Highly recommended!

My husband and I inspected a home remodel Bluebonnet Siding and Windows had previously completed and were very impressed with the workmanship.
