My wife and I had a sun room added to our home. Our salesman, Gentry Davis, was a blessing. (The only disappointment we had was the unexpected extended delay of the start of the project.) My wife and I met with Bathroom designer Corey Donaldson to go over a possible bathtub/shower remodel project. I must say, that Corey made an awesome presentation of ideas on our specific needs and wants of this remodeling project. We were very apprehensive about going forward with the project but decided that this was the best remodeling plan to go with. We felt very comfortable with this decisions due to the honesty and professionalism that Corey provided.

Cant say enough about Doc (Cedric) and Bills friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness to our vision and needs for our bathroom. Every step of the consultation, I felt listened to and never pressured into any service or feature I didnt want. I really appreciated Bill giving us the specifics of the project timeline and assuring us that we would have a dedicated team rather than worrying about our crew handling multiple houses at once. Ill update once the installation is complete but I dont anticipate anything less than total satisfaction with this project. Huge sigh of relief.

We had our bathroom tub removed and a huge walk in shower installed. Joe and his helper John were always on time, very professional and did exceptionally great work. I was pleasantly surprised when they covered all the floors going to the bathroom with some heavy duty paper so they would not mess up the floor. Mickey, the supervisor was here a couple of times to check on things and made sure all products were correct. I highly recommend them for any remodeling you may have.

Doc Brown came with great info for the project we want done. He has an awesome personality and has great ideas. He does not sugar coat anything he is very real. These days you need someone who is honest and straight forward. I’m certain the job will turn out awesome!

The professionalism, throughness, information, warranties and quality of materials presented were a key deciding factor for us to move forward with this project. We could tell this is a company that knows what is doing, and has seen and done multiple projects. They were honest in giving useful feedback based on our preferences and worked with us on our budget needs. While the cost estimate for this project was higher that we anticipated, we could tell the quality of job, materials and customer care received is worth the investment. He explained in detail all aspects of our quote, Statewide and the products he helped us choose. This review is for the initial sales call only. The sales rep, TM, arrived on time and was very pleasant. He asked many questions to make sure he understood what we wanted and how we planned to use the sunroom. Measuring was done, samples were shown, and then he sat down to figure out the price.We had told TM that we were looking at several companies. While we selected the Cadillac of products (the 4 wall units), the price seemed high. Then, we were told that we could have a special deal - 29% off - but we had to agree to the deal right then.This just turned us off. If I could get the deal right then, we couldnt I get it in two weeks?The presentation was fine, the company warranty is great, the product is wonderful, but the sales tactic, which Im sure is how TM is supposed to sell the deal, was unwelcomed and unnecessary.

Sales rep was kind, professional. Stated they dont subcontract or go from house to house unless your job is complete. Not true. Stated job to be completed in 2 weeks. Was not true. Work was completed in about 2 months to add a shower to a half bath. We had many issues to occur. The overall remodel came out great. Issues were addressed. Workers were all very professional. The price was about $5,000 over our average bit. We love the material used for tiling. They use upscale materials. We are very happy with the end results.

Consultation today with Mr. Ron Speakes was very informative and thorough. The care that the company expresses for Veterans is fantastic and will be something we take into consideration when making the final decision. He was very helpful in explaining our options and how the process will be from start to finish in detail which is exactly what we appreciate most.

Ron explained in great detail what the job would be. He also worked with me to get to a price point I can live with. Great start to what I anticipate to be a very good experience.

Remodeling took longer than expected. Very poor communication skills. My husband & I were told to expect someone a certain day then waited but no oneone would show up. So we spent many a day wasting our time waiting. This was infuriating. Not even a call was made to let us know that no one would be coming.. Very unprofessional. Our home was a mess for almost 2 months. I would never ever do business with this company. Not to mention we never received our credt card gift. Dont get sucked into having this company do remodeling for you.

Cory came out to design the bathrooom he has been easy to talk to with clarity that you dont get from most company reps. I understand the material to be high quality and will post once completed. Price is around what i expected and i like that the cost is finalized during the meeting. I wont be unexpectedly surprised with additional costs.

No follow up after the contract was signed but before any work has been done. My credit card has now been charged for 80% of the work and I have no idea even if the windows are being fabricated. Service was great, work is great, but the product is not great, replaced tub with shower, water continues to get all over the floor, too shallow if the bottom was alitte deeper, it would be ok.
