Omar was very professional and kept in constant communication with me. I was broke down on a very bad turn and he arrived very quick. He gave the feeling as if he was an old friend. Omar arrived on time, worked quickly, and was extremely friendly and professional. I had to ride inside his vehicle, and was pleased to see that it was extremely clean and that Covid precautions had been taken. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I will definitely be recommending Omar to others as well.

I needed my car towed from my house to the shop. Omar was on time and very professional. I’ve had my car towed twice before and Omar is the only one that didn’t scratch the bottom of my car in the process. He also was kind enough wait (20 mins) at the shop for the manager to open the gates. I am very thankful for his services. He’s reasonable on price. I highly recommend!!

Had a blow out today in 1604 had sat on the side for an hour trying to get someone to help me. So many cars passed me and not even one stopped to at least ask if I needed help. I live in Fredericksburg tx. And was there for work and thinking that I wouldnt be helped until later that evening. This tow truck pulls over and the gentleman got down and asked me if I needed help he was a god sent out of no where. He change my tire and not having enough cash on me but a $20 I was giving it to him as my thank you for him helping me. He told me no money is not everything but helping someone is. I just thank him so much for what he did. And I really recommend this towing company to anyone who needs one thank you again omar.
